Because I fully predict some of the more articulate conservative, I'm sorry, right-wing, posters on these boards to make variations (less strong mainly) on these points. I am hoping that some of them take the time to agree with what I said, rather than hide behind 'we didn't say anything because a nut said it'.

I've noticed that when someone like myself makes a claim about what a right-wing argument is, the more reasonable and articulate right-wingers will call it out as a 'straw man' or 'no true conservative', while staying silent when people like the OP say anything. If I echo something like the OP as being right-wing points or positions, I'm curious to see what happens.

Finger wagging about alleged police abuses is basically excusing the inexcusable crimes we've seen over the last 18-24 hours.

No matter what perceived grievances a particular party or faction might have, these ambushes, assaults, and murders of police are 100% intolerable.

THAT should have been the President's message, not victim shaming.
