Did he? Perhaps you could cite that prediction. Seems very specific, a criminal referral but not an indictment?

But let's be clear. If Q said clearly and unequivocally that McCabe's name would be on a criminal referral, that would be evidence in favor of Q's foresight, to be measured against all the counterevidence in the form of failed predictions well past their sell-by dates.
 
First you need establish there's a deep state to which McCabe allegedly belongs. You can't just poison the well by merely asserting it.

The 'responding federal judge' is following the rule of law, as he/she is obliged to. Strangely, he/she seems neither to be a member of the supposed Deep State, nor to be influenced by them.

Apparently it was a year ago that “Q” was saying something about “preparing for the sky to fall” or some such drivel. About all that’s left for the terminally credulous dullards who believe this infantile gibberish is lapping up and regurgitating Trump talking points, most of which are fantasy and/or projection and many of which are outright lies.
 
If you're referring to those parts over a year ago where mentions were made of certain players troubles beginning with criminal referrals this year, patience is advised......that old saying about the wheels of justice turning slowly. These things take time.
IG report, criminal referrals, FISA, Declas, etc. If there really was hanky panky, we have a legal system that will handle it.

1. The House can pass articles of impeachment over the objections of the Republicans and refer to the Senate for trial.
2. The Senate will conduct a trial. There will be a vote, and the Republicans will vote unanimously, along with a small number of Democrats, to not convict the President. Legally, it will all be over at that point.
3. However, during the trial, and this is what no one is thinking about right now, the President's attorneys will have the right to subpoena and
question ANYONE THEY WANT! That is different than the special counsel investigation, which was very one-sided. 4. Lastly, one more thing will happen, the Senate will not convict the President. Nothing will happen to Trump. Most Americans are clueless about political processes, the law, and the Constitution. Most Americans believe that being impeached results in removal from office. They don't understand that phase 2 is a trial in and by the Senate, where he has zero chance of conviction. Remember, the Senate is controlled by Republicans; they will determine what testimony is allowed -- and *everything* will be allowed, including: DNC collusion with the Clinton campaign to fix the election in favor of Hillary, the creation of the Trump dossier, the cover up and destruction of emails that very likely included incriminating information. They will incriminate each other for lying to the FISA court, for spying and wiretapping the Trump campaign, and for colluding with foreign political actors, especially George Soros. After the Senate declines to convict the President, we will have an election, and Trump will win. It will be a backlash against democrat petulance, temper tantrums, hypocrisy and dishonesty. Even minorities will vote for Trump, because, for the first time, they will see that democrats have spent 2+ years focused on maintaining their own power, and not doing anything at all about black murders in Chicago, homelessness, opioids, and other important issues that are actually killing people. And, we will spend the following four years listening to politicians and pundits claim that the whole impeachment was rigged.
So let's move on to impeachment.

Because keeping records of Trump’s conversations on a special-access classified system, because they are potentially incriminating to Trump, is intentional misuse of that classified system. Dunno if you’ve ever had a clearance, Bubba, but I have, and I can assure you that is a crime. What I don’t have is a legal background, but it also smells a lot like obstruction of justice to a layman like me.

Your dishonesty in denying that you subscribe to this Q drivel is matched by your dishonesty in willfully ignoring such transgressions from Trump. But at least you’re consistent that way; it never bothered you when Trump destroyed email and other records in multiple legal proceedings over the years, any more than his history of illegal housing discrimination, or tax fraud, or illegal self-enrichment at taxpayer expense, or his pathological lying, or his history of degenerate personal behavior, or his groveling to dictators, or... well, you get the idea. You’re all in.

Most of what you, and the other Q cultists, say is simple projection. Your willful gullibility alone brought you to it; but it’s your fundamental dishonesty that leads you to keep repeating it (while pretending you don’t believe it). I can confirm. It is a crime to misuse a classification system for any purpose other than for which it was intended.

I am not a lawyer either. But my lay reading of 18 U.S.C. § 1510(e) leads me to believe that it is a separate offense, under the general heading of obstruction of justice, to misuse a classification procedure with the intent to obstruct an investigation or judicial proceeding. But the relevant related code section really needs a lawyer to parse it out. It may be referring to obstruction in a very specific way.
