Personally, I think we should all feel miffed because without the Clinton-purchased Steele Dossier there would have been no such thing as *collusion,* and the nation and the Washington establishment would have been less divided between 2016 and 2019, and nor would there have been a Mueller "investigation"....?

At least 99.9% of us international skeptics knew all along there was no 'collusion' with Russia. Its not only because we are really smart skeptics. It is also that we already knew the media promoting the claim were (still are) the PR wing of the failing liberal establishment/democrat party.
One silver lining of the debacle is that other people are waking up to we what we knew all along about those so called journalists, although some may never accept reality.

Us Skeptics understand that there was an active investigation underway, and that until the investigation was finished, and the report had been made public, we really didn't know what the outcome of the Mueller investigation would be.
As of today (3/28/19) the Mueller report has not been released to the public, so nobody on this message board has been able to read it - including you - and therefore we have no clue as to what it does say, and what information is contained within.
We do know that there have been 34 people indicted in relation to the Mueller investigation, and this is a significant number for obvious reasons.

"Really smart skeptics" can articulate the evidence and lines of reasoning that lead them to a conclusion -- in this case the conclusion that the evidence seeming to point to collusion, and the multiple indictments and plea bargains around that narrative, had some other, more rational explanation.
To be a "really smart skeptic" it's not just enough to have guessed the right answer ahead of time. To be a "really smart skeptic" requires a careful, dispassionate analysis of the available facts at the time: something you have conclusively proven yourself incapable of doing and disinterested in learning.
