Putin: Will He or Won't He?

I was interested to see your explanation of why this is all a good thing, and all you can do is dislike the link.

There are lots of others - the facts are true, the source is irrelevant.

So, please do explain why your hero needs is right here.

The "Atlantic Council" Is the dumbest of dumb anti-Russian "think tanks". You just have to view their claim that "Ukrainian language studies have largely disappeared from the region’s education system". This in the face of Ukrainian segregation laws, of course unmentioned, that outlaw the languages of the actually existing large minorities in the country. Go up and read my link about the Hungarian deal with Gazprom. The Hungarians are extremely offended by what the clowns in Kiev on behalf of the US are doing to their minority in the country.

Russia is reacting to the NATO shenanigans with manoevers ON THEIR OWN SOIL and astute observers just say "what took them seven years" about the trade agreements with the Russian-speaking rebel regions. Read the OSCE reports to get a grasp on what is really going on in the Donbass.

I don't know who "the Poms" are but listen to Texas. If (and it will not happen) the Ukrops would escalate on behalf of the Biden regime, it would be over before you can say "Stalingrad".

I wonder how much the E.U. and U.S. will retaliate if there is an invasion. I suspect the only military help will be to provide arms, not soldiers. Economics is another story, but I have a feeling that with a cold winter coming, the E.U. economic response will be limited. Watch for lots of sternly worded letters though.

Tucker Carlson is "confused" about why we should support Ukraine and not Russia. I guess his visit to Hungary paid off.

https://www.businessinsider.com/tucker-carlson-asks-why-us-side-with-ukraine-not-russia-2021-11

"But hold on," Carlson said. "Why would we take Ukraine's side and not Russia's side? It's a sincere question. If you're looking at America's perspective, why? Who's got the energy reserves? Who's the major player in world affairs? Who's the potential counterbalance against China.

"I'm totally confused."

Visibly irked, Turner sighed, saying, "well, clearly," and added that Russia was "an authoritarian regime that is seeking to impose its will upon a validly elected democracy."

Here's an update from "Texas", from yesterday, over an hour long. But extremely informative. Goes into details of who tries to push the Ukraine into a war with Russia (first of all the US, of course, but also the UK, Canada, Turkey) and who backed off of the madness (France and Germany).

Yeah, those vile countries, forcing Russia to mass forces besides the Ukraine border.
It's not like Russia has used force to partition Ukraine in the recent past, so why does noone believe they are there just to bring peace?

It shows that you are "informed" by the BBC. Any comments on the Turkstream pipeline missing from the "pipeline network" diagram in the long gibberish article you posted?

I liked how Uncle Luka put this BBC pre$$titute into place.

Meanwhile, Lavrov warned today again about the dangerous NATO provocations. Long gone the days that this fabulous old diplomat talked about "our partners".

RT said:
Europe may be returning to a situation of military confrontation, and NATO is completely refusing to listen to all Russian proposals to de-escalate tensions, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claimed on Thursday.

Speaking in Stockholm, which is currently hosting a meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council, Lavrov emphasized that Moscow wants to improve “strategic stability” on the continent, which he said is “rapidly eroding.”

“NATO refuses to consider our proposals on de-escalation of tensions and prevention of dangerous incidents,” Lavrov said, accusing the US-led bloc of rejecting constructive discussion. “On the contrary, the alliance's military infrastructure is moving closer to Russia's borders... The nightmarish scenario of military confrontation is returning.” [...]

Yeah, how dare those european countries interfere in the Russian sphere of influence.
The Ukraine should just obey Czar Vlad, like Belorussia.
If only they'd stop that horrible experiment at self government everything would be fine.
And for the EU to then suggest that they'd honor their agreements to defend the Ukraine from invasion IS nothing but a provocation.

The Studetenland is the last territorial concession Vlad demands!
Oh wait, am I confusing rulers again?

Stundie-ten land.

Let's weight the credibility of, on one side, the BBC, and on the other, a mercenary named "Texan" and Sergey Lavror.

Pepe Escobar, hilarious as always: The NATOstan Clown Show

Pepe Escobar said:
American hysteria over the “imminent” Russian invasion of Ukraine has exploded every geopolitical Stupid-o-Meter in sight – and that’s quite an accomplishment.

What a mess. Sections of the U.S. Deep State are in open revolt against the combo that remote controls Crash Test Dummy, who impersonates POTUS. The neocon-neoliberal axis is itching for a war – but has no idea how to sell it to an immensely fractured public opinion.

UKUS, which de facto controls the Five Eyes spy scam, excels only in propaganda. So in the end it’s up to the CIA/MI6 intel axis and their vast network of media chihuahuas to accelerate Fear and Loathing ad infinitum.

Russophobic U.S. Think Tankland would very much cherish a Russian “invasion”, out of the blue, and could not give a damn about the inevitable trouncing of Ukraine. The problem is the White House – and the Pentagon – must “intervene”, forcefully; otherwise that will represent a catastrophic loss of “credibility” for the Empire.

So what do these people want? They want to provoke Moscow by all means available to exercise “Russian aggression”, resulting in a lightning fast war that will be a highway to hell for Ukraine, but with zero casualties for NATO and the Pentagon.

Then the Empire of Chaos will blame Russia; unleash a tsunami of fresh sanctions, especially financial; and try to shut off all economic links between Russia and NATOstan.

Reality dictates that none of the above is going to happen. [...]

The rest of the article is read-worthy as well, especially for those propaganda victims who actually forgot years ago what the "Minsk agreement" is all about.

This thread needs moving to the conspiracy section now.

Although it's pretty funny to see how far Putin's groupies will go to put him on a pedestal.

:sdl:

Don't forget that "Putin" did nothing. It's the transparently agenda-driven "think tanks" and NATO rabble you and your ilk are parroting that are spreading conspiracy theories.
