PSYOPS against Venezuela ?

You were wrong, the first responders could not even make images, they did not have the software. This happens all the time. The whole point Interpol, was making was that this should be better communicated in future so that it does not happen again. Whatever the data said it had not been modified or added according to Interpol.

When a padeophile puts his PC into a repair shop and the shop technician boots it up and looks at it and sees child porn does this mean that the evidence on the PC is no good in court?

No. It does not. Ask Gary Glitter.

You have hilarioulsy given us a source that you did not read fully and did not understand that has proved you wrong. Best laugh today. All you had to do was admit you made a couple of silly mistakes and incorrect claims and it would have been left to the others to argue the toss about the evidence. Insetad you just dug a bigger hole for yourself

btw, this happens all the time?
care to backup that claim?

No, they have data from the PC.

They cannot do anything

So?

They have data. I have claimed nothing more.

Interpol finds evidence, but cannot do anything? lol

you dont care that Colombia isnt doing anything?

btw, ehre does the report say that the Colombian authority made ghost images of the data?
cant find it in the report.

I am getting fed up posting the same stuff for you.

The procedures used by the Colombian Judicial Police for recording, documenting, photographing and labelling, imaging (29) and copying each of the exhibits were found by INTERPOL’s experts to conform to internationally recognized principles for the handling of electronic evidence by law enforcement, thus ensuring that none of the data contained in the seized exhibits had been altered, damaged or destroyed during the handling of the evidence.

So the procedures used for imaging and copying the exhibits conformed. If they had not carried this out then it would not have been mentioned and verified.

The details of everything that was given to Interpol is in their classified report. I guess you could ask them for it.

Why did Interpol make the recommendations?

I have given you an example, Gary Glitter. The PC repair shop accessed his PC before the police got it. The evidence was still used in court.

ok, so after they handled the evidence the wrong way, a few days later they did it the correct way.
thats fine.

ok lets assume the data is not doctored.

i guess you stop debating here as you didnt want to go into the details of the alleged "evidence"

No, I have said they had the data, I never said they had evidence of anything. You are making stuff up again.

Just admiit you were wrong. Walk away and continue asking the others about what the evidence is.

Absolutely

one example , ok noted, dont know the story, but i let that count as one example, i guess its easy to get alot examples where government agencys accesed digital data the wrong way.

Absolutely

ok then the debate ends here for you :)

i will ask about the details of that alleged evidence.

bye bye

tanks for contributing to the topic :)

thats fine.

Who is they? Is that an admission you were wrong?

We dont have to assume, Interpol have verified it was not doctored, you kindly gave a link to that. Thanks.

If you wish. But you have one more incorrect claim to admit first.

The biased palast? Ok if you want to use him thats fine.

But heres a comment from the page you linked.

But Greg, you're only referring to one of the emails here. Douglas Farah of The Washington Post analysed all the emails/documents and concluded that they do indeed suggest that Chavez provided financial support of some sort to FARC; also he claims that there is explicit evidence that FARC assisted and donated money to Correa's 2006 election campaign. So, I hate to say it but there does seem to have been a disturbing relationship between FARC and the governments of Venezuala and Ecuador. Here's a link to Farah's article:

Now he may be biased, I do not know but maybe you should have read this piece before making the claims.

you got a link to all those emails?

btw, intersting is also what a investigator in colombia admited, but we will come to that later :)

Did I say I did? I gave you a link to a report about them though.

You could have at least read it before coming and shooting your mouth off again.

Care to admit you made incorrect claims yet?

lol when a cop finds a murder waepin, but he has no gloves to take them, will he just take them with his naked hands?

why do the colombians do that?

when they dont have the software, they should not acces the evidence, or it will be worthless infront of a court.

I missed this silly one.

It was not cops that found the laptops. It was marines and military IIRC. They did not know that they should not boot up the PC's.

You're on a roll, keep them coming

PS - In hollywood they use a hankerchief!!
