Virginia based psychic detective Noreen Renier has filed a motion with her U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Western as a debtor in which she has attached a series of “cut and paste” comments from the JREF forum to support her case.

Edited out are several responses including my recent comment which references the many “distinguished and credible JREF forum participants.” :D I guess she didn’t want to include that comment or my last complete posted analysis. Not surprisingly she also claims before her current bankruptcy court that an earlier Bankruptcy Court in Knoxville in 1990 found “no perjury, fraud, misrepresentation, or other misconduct by Renier”.

Actually that conclusion is itself sort of a “cut and paste” and rather foggy psychic vision too. As Gary Posner noted in his chapter on Renier in Psychic Sleuths, “"the Federal bankruptcy judge's ruling, [in 1990] without elaboration, states that "Upon consideration of the defendant's Motion and accompanying exhibits . . . the court concludes that its Judgment [i.e. the bankruptcy judgment] was not based in any part on perjury, fraud, misrepresentation or any other misconduct" by Renier (emphasis added).” But what Renier fails to mention is that the integrity of the original libel trial was thus not commented upon.

And as my attorney told the Knoxville Court in 1992 regarding that earlier libel trial "Noreen Renier lied under oath when she stated she was not aware of any investigation of herself by John Merrell . . . In actuality, Noreen Renier deceived John Merrell by sending him letters under the disguise of Nancy Uzdavinis. . . .In other words, Ms. Renier, through her deceitful letters, under the name of Nancy Uzdavinis, began the whole process, which culminated in Ms. Renier perjuring herself in an attempt to conceal the fact that she knew of John Merrell's investigation. . . .Mr. Merrell was unaware that Noreen Renier had led him to investigating herself. One truism rings clear in this whole situation; these parties would not be together had it not been for Ms. Renier's deceitful beginnings."

Renier’s present bankruptcy has a hearing next week (February 25, 2010) which should include some interesting motion reviews and the sale of the copyright of her biography titled A Mind For Murder. I will keep everyone informed.

Group links? Is this allowed? I thought the policy was"one person, one account, no exceptions."

You know i agree with the one person one account thing. And in the past i have voiced support when people are suspended or whatnot for this. It just happens that i disagreed with said person in the past.

Now i must state that though i do support the poster, i do not support breaking the rules. Mainly because then the next actual a-hole that does it is going to drag up that " we let our own" do it.

I think the previous three posters should be asked to define what they think a " Group Link" is because it is not a term I am familiar with and I do believe you just may be talking at cross purposes. :(

According to Renier:

The court ordered the following in the Washington State Case No. C06-04JLR :

a. a. Mr. Merrell can recover no more than nominal damages for pecuniary injury, as Ms. Renier demonstrated that he has no evidence of out-of-pocket loss.

a. b. Unless he proves that Ms. Renier’s remarks were not of public concern, Mr. Merrell cannot recover for non-pecuniary injury (non-pecuniary reputational loss and emotional distress) without proving that Ms. Renier’s statements were false.

a. c. The court will not award Mr. Merrell disgorgement of Ms. Renier’s profits from A Mind for Murder.

Since winning the Breach of Mutual Agreement five years ago, Merrell and other skeptics have taken aggressive actions and deliberate steps to humiliate me and damage my business reputation through public vilification and false accusations. On his website Merrell seems to be attempting to re-litigate the libel lawsuit I won in Oregon. His fabrications are being posted on his website, in online chat rooms and at other sites that allow public contributions, and he has directed further attention to those postings by alerting the media, as well as to people who have employed me and anyone who has praised my work.

In short, John Merrell is using modern technology in a most vicious vendetta to destroy my career and deprive me of my livelihood. He cares nothing about the public or about the facts. He has composed and distributed exceedingly deceitful falsehoods about me. Through the unmonitored and unregulated channels of the Internet, he scatters his disinformation and allegations to the media, my colleagues, family, friends and potential sources who might be interested in hiring me for assistance and counsel. The cumulative evidence of his unrelenting attacks indicates his primary objective: to destroy me.

It can be no surprise to anyone that I was forced to file for bankruptcy. That action is over, and the Trustee has filed an order of abandonment of property (A Mind for Murder). Merrell asked to buy the copyright of the book for $5,000, but the judge ruled it should be sold in an auction on February 25, 2010, at the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Rodney references bogus info

To begin with, sorry for the confusion. If you see Sherlock, you've got the only amindformurder. The "link" is the google e-mail address used by many. No JREF rules broken now or before.

Now here we go again with Rodney. Why doesn't he ever check out the facts before posting the garbage that "psychic" Noreen Renier likes to spew to the uninformed? Or is the Rhine Institute blog the library of knowledge where Rodney seeks truth and wisdom?

The points he regurgitates from Renier --- as does Renier to whoever might buy it as real --- in points a, b, and c are YEARS out of date and came months BEFORE the final judgment against Renier on April 5, 2007. The U.S. District Judge ruled she owed $39,551.12 with no --- repeat no --- conditions or stipulations.

Renier lost on every single one of her many, many counterclaims.
She didn't get her "a", "b" and "c" limitations. She got zip.

And while she recently claimed that her $39,551.12 debt came with no interest, that claim was also voided. Her U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee recently noted she does owe 12% interest for at least the period of time extending to her Chapter 7 filing, putting the debt somewhere above $41,400 with another $17,000+ before the Bankruptcy court as yet unresolved.

Renier has ALREADY lost the copyright to her book --- its now held by the Trustee for a sale this week. And this week several thousand dollars in royalties from her book were transferred to the Trustee for myself (her largest creditor) and to her former attorney whom she owed $26,000.00 + upon declaring bankruptcy. THAT put the squash on Renier's claim that I won't collect a dime. Wrong, the royalties are no longer hers to spend.

Amazingly through all this is Renier's ability to discover folks who are willing to pass along her "super psychic" confusion even after she repeatedly has missed the mark on her own financial foresight calls.

She even told one reporter with the Hook newspaper in Charlottesville that she was going to win the lawsuit. That was the one I won instead.

Assuming I'm the highest bidder on her book copyright this week I will also own the rights to A Mind For Murder. She also faces a number of questions --- some very serious --- in the future. But we'll leave Rodney to regurgitate more collective wisdom --- without checking his facts or timelines --- and wait for a few days before more is known.

I was simply posting Renier's analysis with no comment. By the way, what comments from the JREF forum did she use to support her case?

Yikes! That is some desperation.
