Presidential Primaries 2016

I don't think this means what you think it means. I'm not sure you realize what you said.
No you just don't understand.
The natural tendencies of human nature is to be taken care of, conservatism is personal responsibility, the opposite. Its difficult to compete with Robin Hood liberalism when a country is evenly split.

So, you're saying that Liberals follow objective reality and conservatives defy natural human tendencies?

Yes, deliberate use of Rule Of So

So, you're saying that Liberals follow objective reality and conservatives defy natural human tendencies?

No I think liberals live in their own reality. Human beings wanting to selfishly live off others is quite easy to exploit, and libs have been doing it for years. Having personal responsibility is much more difficult but is satisfying to the soul.

Helping others is satisfying too, but relying on government to lead that is in my view destructive.

Carson would be OK if he can keep his religious side to a minimum and study up on foreign policy, and economics. I think experience is the bigger player with him than anything else.
Carson CAN'T keep his religious side to a minimum -- it's all he's got. An utter loon, who thinks God wants him to be president. He comes across as "nice", but he's a religious right hater underneath.

I guess one particular fad doesn't quite fit him properly :|
Anyway... I'll decide when he either is out of the race or when I see what he proposes and how well he fairs with his experience handicap. 14 months out from elections and being non-party affiliated, I don't really get much of a say in the nomination. So I'm left choosing ultimately between whoever gets nominated. My default choice until such time is Rubio, the democratic nominee or a third party are my alternative choices

Kevin Swanson is almost like Jeremiah Wright, except we elected the guy that was associated with him anyway on 2 years on senatorial experience.... Apparently it wasn't right to use guilt by association back then, but it's OK now? Huh... Alrighty then...

Juuuust sayin' people had problems with Obama being charged with guilt by association back then... (I for one find the association in both cases quite discomforting).

Personal Responsibility

The American Right wants to take from me the Personal Responsibility of where I put my penis.

The American Right wants to deny me the Personal Responsibility to marry who I choose.

The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility for running up the national debt by fighting two wars on credit.

The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility for creating ISIS by blaming Obama. That's like giving Ford credit for opening trade with China.

The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility by not paying for social programs that benefit society as a whole.

The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility for civic infrastructure by reducing, canceling or voting down taxes at every level of government.

I could go on. I thought of a hundred examples while taking Personal Responsibility for walking the dog. Suffice to say, the notion of Personal Responsibility doesn't mean "screw you, I got mine."

The Christian right proclaim their love, but are all about hate.

I shouldn't be surprised at where you get your news, but this last one was totally misconstrued.

For a person to want homo's dead because of the life choice they made is not under the teachings of Christ. Even though you can find one does not mean all or even a tiny percent of rightwing Christians are that way. Again it is against the teachings of the one they profess to serve.

You can keep living in your reality though.

Nah.. that fringe only has the power to actually get laws passed in other countries, but now ours.

The American Right wants to take from me the Personal Responsibility of where I put my penis.

Okay and what exactly are you talking about?
The American Right wants to deny me the Personal Responsibility to marry who I choose.

Because its not marriage. Marriage is man and women.
The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility for running up the national debt by fighting two wars on credit.

Both wars were bipartisan.
The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility for creating ISIS by blaming Obama. That's like giving Ford credit for opening trade with China.

He left the field, its that simple, he created a vacuum. Which was against the advice of our military.
The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility by not paying for social programs that benefit society as a whole.

The American right are precisely the ones PAYING for social programs. This charge normally comes from the suckling pigs themselves.
The American Right wants to avoid Personal Responsibility for civic infrastructure by reducing, canceling or voting down taxes at every level of government.

Again, because we can't pay for the free ride forever.
I could go on. I thought of a hundred examples while taking Personal Responsibility for walking the dog. Suffice to say, the notion of Personal Responsibility doesn't mean "screw you, I got mine."

It certainly doesn't mean you become the public trough either. So instead you're saying "screw you were taking it". Do you see the very violent crash coming?

Agreed

Even though Carson is not associated with this guy. Obama sat under Wright as his pastor, he met with him often for council and was almost like an uncle to him.

I'm just being Captain Obvious but sampling down the rhetoric to one-line items simplifies it into oblivion. You could argue that Bush created a situation with the war one terror concept and Obama facilitated the rise of ISIS through bad planning in the withdrawal of troops. The Iraq war was originally bipartisan on the basis that faulty intelligence led to the belief that they had WMD's, and.... etc. etc. It's a field day... and a whole different topic.

But getting back to the original comment that started all of this... the comment on Rubio had nothing to do with race AFAIC. Jrrarg can correct me if I'm wrong, but the context of his remark aligns with the advantage that Rubio can help the party connect with a voter demographic that they currently are having challenges connecting with...

I saw nothing wrong with that remark... It was an objective comment originally...

Agreed

Associated or not, just be consistent. If guilt by association is a fallacy in one case, then it applies here. I'm following up with less partisan coverage of this matter to see what it was all about.
