I must have missed this request before but here is your answer, an answer that is obvious from the information that I had posted earlier

Managers at the CIA including almost all of its top managers, Richard Blee, Cofer Black and George Tenet, and several managers and agents at FBI HQ that the CIA had corrupted and pulled into the CIA criminal conspiracy to hide the information on the al Qaeda planning meeting at Kuala Lumpur were guilty of deliberately and knowingly allowing the al Qaeda terrorists to carry out the attacks on 9/11. They did this by sabotaging FBI Agent Steve Bongardt and Ali Soufan's investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi. At the time they did this they all knew that a huge al Qaeda terrorist attack was just about to take place inside of the US, knew that Mihdhar and Hazmi were going to take part in this attack, and even knew that this attack would kill thousands of Americans.

The CIA knew by withholding the information that Walid bin Attash had been at the al Qaeda planning meeting with Mihdhar and Hazmi planning the Cole bombing that Bongardt would never have enough information to start any investigation for these two al Qaeda terrorists. Since Bongardt was a FBI criminal investigator he needed probable cause that Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in a crime to start any investigation for them. Without the information that bin Attash had been at Kuala Lumpur, Bongardt never had the evidence he needed that Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the crime of the planning the USS Cole bombing.

The FBI HQ agents and mangers that the CIA had corrupted, FBI Agent Dina Corsi, her boss Rod Middleton and even FBI ITOS Deputy chief Tom Wilshire, who was in fact still secretly working under orders from the CIA while ostensibly working as a FBI manger at the FBI HQ also knew that if they kept this information that bin Attash had been at the Kuala Lumpur meeting planning the Cole bombing, Bongardt would not be able to start any investigation for Mihdhar or Hazmi. When Bongardt found out on August 28, 2001 that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US and knew they were here in order to take part in a horrific al Qaeda terrorist attack, Corsi was able to shut down his investigation by claiming that it was illegal for him to even have access to the NSA cable in here EC to start the investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi without written permission from the NSA. But the request to the NSA for Corsi to pass this NSA information in her EC on to the FBI criminal investigators in New York City, Steve Bongardt and his team, had been already been approved on August 27, 2001. When Bongardt protested and told Corsi that he could see no connection to this NSA information and any FISA warrant, he requested that Corsi get an opinion from the FBI HQ NSLU attorneys to see if they would allow him to investigate Mihdhar and Hazmi and find them before they had time to carry out some horrific terrorist attack inside of the US.

Corsi on August 29, 2001 told Bongardt that the attorney she had contacted Sherry Sabol, told her that FBI Agent criminal investigators could not only not take part in any investigation for Mihdhar and Hazmi but they could not even be present during any FBI interview if they were caught by the FBI. But page 538, footnote 81 in the 9/11 Commission report says that Sherry Sabol told DOJ IG investigators on November 7, 2002 that since the information in the NSA cable had no connection to any FISA warrant, Bongardt and his team could take part in any investigation for Midhar and Hazmi. These two lies cost almost 3000 people their lives on 9/11!

Corsi sent an email to Bongardt on August 29, 2001 that stated, “if at such time as there is evidence of the substantial Federal crime (by Mihdhar and Hazmi), this information will be passed over the wall”. But according to the DOJ IG report Corsi had known by at least August 22, 2001 that the CIA had a photo of bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur, knew this then connected both Mihdhar and Hazmi, who had been at that same meeting to the planning of the Cole bombing, a substantial Federal crime. Middleton was given the photo of bin Attash taken at Kuala Lumpur on August 30, 2001 so he also knew at that time that both Mihdhar and Hazmi had taken part in the planning of the Cole bombing. Yet they, Wilshire, and the CIA top managers Blee, Black and Tenet all continued with this horrific criminal conspiracy to shut down Bongardt’s investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi clearly knowing that this would allow the al Qaeda terrorists to carry out a terrorist attack that would murder thousands of Americans.

The relevance of this tale needs no elucidation, I think. The gleaming underbelly of Smaug represents the vast array of the air defences of the

Yet the question the Ahmadinejad rightly asks, how did AQ detect this spot without some kind of casing the joint provided by an AQ operative a la Bilbo? Answer comes there none, I believe.
