Aw right! Tamzon and I will be falling from the Sky!

There is another set of ideas I thought of: There are three show in Vegas that I already saw, but would not mind watching again:
KA (Cirque du Soleil)
"O" (Cirque du Soleil)
The Blue Man Group

If anyone is interested in seeing any of those, as a group, I might join you.

(A fourth show might be Penn & Teller, but I already saw them a few times. I could skip this year. It looks like JREF's plans to get there were cancelled because of some other scheduling conflicts with the magicians.)

I wonder if I should put this chart in a new thread to help attract attention.

It's not clear yet exactly when P&T are not going to be performing; since they'll be at the opening day of TAM, attending their show before TAM starts may be an option, and I would probably be interested in that.

From SWIFT
http://www.randi.org/site/index.php...-to-tam-schedule-involving-penn-a-teller.html

Because of a change in their performance schedule that will take them out of the country, Penn and Teller will not be performing their show at the Rio during the dates of The Amazing Meeting, as originally announced. As a result, the JREF will be refunding the purchase price of the discounted tickets for everyone who registered for the show and/or bus service to it.

Penn and Teller have always been very generous to the JREF, every year offering discounted tickets to their acclaimed show for TAM attendees. While they won't be in town during all of the conference this year, they will be attending the first day of TAM, Thursday, July 8th, and we have a special event planned with them, which we will announce next week.

Experience needed?
Apparently, no experience is needed. There will be a safety and procedures briefing before the whole thing.

You will probably be falling, "in tandem", with a more-experienced professional attached to you.

I don't know which company we will use, yet. But, they all have first-timers pages:

http://lasvegasskydivers.com/first-skydive.html
http://skydivelv.com/first_time_divers.html
http://sincityskydiving.com/index.html
Etc.

Research will have to be conducted to pick the best one.

There might be health restrictions and such, as well, so you might want ot read up on that, if your health might be "iffy".

I am game for most of them!

Falling from the sky and possibly to your death with a dude strapped to your back. You're not selling this one as well as you could Wowbagger.

Then again, falling from heaven attached at the hip to a hot chick sounds a lot more intriguing ...

The dude strapped to your back is a trained professional skydiver, who can direct you on how to avoid the possibility of falling to your death.

I'm sure there might be some hotshot Vegas attraction investor, out there, trying to work out how to do something like that, right now!

Not necessarily. I'm sure some of the pro skydivers are female.

And, both folks in tandem are going to be fully clothed, anyway.

Besides: Real men should not to be afraid to be attached to another man, for such a stunt.

You seem suspiciously homophobic.

Real men don't want to even touch other men. You sound bi. :)

Went skydiving in Hawaii last year and I think the LAST thing on my mind was the guy who was strapped to my back to save my life! :p It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO amazing! fun stuff! and the video is so worth it so you can relive the moment over and over!
