How did you get to those numbers?

Going by the content of the opening post some kind of dowsing.

Where is this drawn? Are the results published on the web?

Mayday's answer please. It's important that she tells us which draw SHE is predicting.

I used my necklace (a magnetic hematite necklace) as a pendulum. As it swung I went through the powerball numbers ( www.powerball.com )
and asked the pendulum to swing yes if it was a number that would be drawn tonight. I still haven't quite got the hang of it, but I assume things will get better with time.

So that's the only lottery in the world with that name which is drawn tonight?

You'll have to excuse a silly Englishman, but I'm not familiar with it and I like to be certain.

Edit: I see mayday has confirmed it now. Thanks

Good morning Mayday.

I posted this question in the last thread where you attempted to predict the numbers but I assume you missed it.

Would you be so kind as to clearly state what psi powers you have and what do they allow you to do that people without psi powers can't do?

Seems a reasonable assumption.

I've been trying to fly just recently. So far, by using my legs as a form of launch device, I've flown approximately 8 inches off the ground. Not quite got the hang of it, but again, it seems likely that with practice I'll soon be loop-the-looping above the houses.

;)

Don't know what PSI is. I don't claim to have any special powers in particular, I was just assured by this person at a new age fair and expo that the pendulum can access your sixth sense. They told me your sixth sense knows everything that is going to happen. So, I am trying to access my sixth sense. I did not buy a pendulum but I read that anything that can swing will suffice. So I am working on it.

Guys, you are being trolled.

"Mayday" doesn't believe any of it... Quite apart from the time she posted this thread (According to my GMT clock, it was already the nearly 3 hours into the 9th by then; one suspects it's merely a deliberate set up of yet another dodgy claim), you can see more clearly what "she" is up to in her other thread, "Proof that...", below this one. It's all an attention seeking excercise; and whilst believers in the paranormal are frequently completely hatstand, this one is hatstand all as part of an act to get you to pay attention to them. So why not ignore the poor attention starved little dear?

Good morning Mayday.

The effect that you are experiencing with the pendulum might be caused by something called the ideomotor effect. It can be very spooky to experience. You can read a little about it here

Again, can't think of any reason not to believe the chap at the new age fayre. Actually, it was a bloke down the pub told me about the flying, seemed reasonable to believe him, so now I'm practicing flying a lot and arguing online all the time with people who don't agree with what the bloke told me.

;)

PSA,

I agree in full that she doesn't believe any of this stuff herself, but I personally think that she's merely fishing desperately for the JREF bucks and the fame that would follow.

I agree that it is also an attention stunt, but I still have this terrible feeling, that she actually think she can win JREF challenge, or at least declare it bogus, if she should get a lucky hit at one time or the other.

No chance of that. The rules require the testee to undergo preliminary testing to rule out pure flukes. Only if the preliminary suggests some real ability is a protocol acceptable to both parties agreed for the actual test.

Otherwise, if everyone who buys a lottery ticket in the UK posted the numbers here , the winner (if any) could add $1 million to his pot.

Well.. I know.. That's why I said:

"but I still have this terrible feeling, that she actually think she can win JREF challenge, or at least declare it bogus, if she should get a lucky hit at one time or the other."

Edit: Hereby assumed that she hasn't understood the challenge, which wouldn't surprise me, since she doesn't seem to understand so many other things.

Why bother with a puny million? The multi state Mega millions jackpot is over 100 million, and there are no preliminary tests.
Of course winning using super powers is unethical:rr: and psychics are somehow unable to use the money for charity.

If they really cared about helping people, they would win every lottery out there for a week or so, until the lotteries are shut down (which in itself would help the poor) and spot me a fin, which I will gladly repay next Tuesday.
