The thing I love most about this pic is the way Penn is holding Randi in front of him like a talisman. The expression on Randi's formidable face just says, "If you want to hurt my friend Penn, you have to get past me first!"

I love to see Randi protecting Penn.

I'm trying to collect some of these photos, but a lot of people have great pictures and a lot of them in galleries which are not well setup for saving images (you have to do each individually). Many of the pictures I see are low res. Is there any way to facilitate a picture exchange?

I am basically interested of:

- Pictures of Me or with me in them
- Pictures of speakers and/or major TAM events
- Pictures of events I attended (forum party, pre-tam volenteering, Nuke museum Trip, Breakfast at the buffet)

- Any interesting or funny pictures of the event, such as those of randi giving dirty looks ect
-Pictures of those whom I hung out with or interacted with whos picture I do not already have.


I don't have many pics myself and most I took were of me posing with someone. But I can post those tonight.


Also, as far as copyrights and stuff: I am planning on just keeping these for my own photo album for momento use. I'd appreciate it if anyone in the pictures or who took the pictures would please let me know ahead of time if there are any issues involving the use of them. While I have no plans on making them public, I may, at some point make an online album for exchanging with friends and whatnot, so I do not want to get anyone angry or litigious.

First up! The Forum Party photos I promised. There's a few with me in them, and you can tell my hubby took 'em because I'm eating chocolate in every single one (or rating my two favorites for remembering to buy some day).

It's flash. There's one Sasquatch looking one. Rather than delete it, I just made sure to crop it tight and blur the heck out of it, to give it that real "TAM sighting" look. If you are in any of these and want me to name you (which I would love to do) please, send me an email with the photo number for me to add - in a group, as many as you can name works too. Other than the Sasquatch sighting everybody seemed quite happy to have me taking photos so if I was wrong, please feel free to point out which one you want cropped or removed (if it's just you).

I have days of other photos to get fixed up and ready (I'm sick and ever since Las Vegas my Fibromyalgia has been really in a downturn of all pain all the time) but they will be ready before too long. Promise.

Thank you for the compliments! Now a question...

Somebody got in touch with me regarding wanting a photo that had her in the background and I wondered if, indeed, they're even worthy of it I could use my forum photos for GOOD!

How about I make a group of the images on Fotki.com for people to order them as prints directly with any profit going to the forum? Or I could send a DVD of the images to the forum so people to order from them to help as a donation boost? Maybe if everybody who took photos chipped in their images? That way we could have images helping as well as the t-shirts.

I would want to be silly and post a small watermark in the corner, but I could make it so prints of up to 20x30 (way too huge, but I'm just showing that I COULD do so) for people ... I'm guessing most people would just want 4x6 or 8x12. Anyway, forum masters, please feel free to contact me regarding this. I don't want to make any money off doing this, nor, since I'm new to this forum, want people to worry about motives. So trust, no trust, I'm fine either way. DVD can be sent out beginning of next week and Fotki's cheap to set up an account for ordering. I already have an account so that's what made me think of it. And I can honestly say they do great prints. It's easier to do that than have every person who wants an image or three or even of the party printed contacting me personally.

And you are obviously a gifted photographer. In fact, I am OFFICIALLY DECLARING YOU THE FORUM SPONSORED PARTY PHOTOGRAPHER!!! (I don't know if I can do that, but I did!)

I might want to use some for the forum table we are putting together. I want to have a laptop with a slideshow of forum stuff showing. I hope you will allow me (and the forum) to use some of your great shots!!

If anyone else would like to "donate" some photos, please contact me!

I was wondering who Molly was and if I'd met her and I did! We met in the elevator heading up to the party and I was too busy drinking at the party to ask about her socks/tights!
 
I am totally NOT cool. Ten years ago? Totally cool. Seven years ago? Still completely awesomely cool.

Now? Boring and living in Texas. Nothing can save me now...:cool:

I'll set up the images this weekend and link to the page for people to buy and have it go to you guys (I'll send reports as soon as purchases, if any, happen). And yes, please, anybody else who has images that they want to donate to the cause, let me know! Or the Forum Masters. So long as it works.
