In fact, it's the other way around. It's sweet that I put the famous people in with the real stars - we Sunday speakers. Why do you think we went on the last day? It's so we don't make the others look pale by comparison! :cool::p
Even Greg Winslow's in there and he presented a whole four TAM's ago.

The "unknown" in some of those photo's is noblecaboose, who I haven't heard any objections from regarding identifying her in pictures.

Thanks. Your compliment almost makes up for the fact that somewhere between checking out of room 3412 and getting back to L.A., I managed to lose my handbag. The hangbag I brought to the forum party. My lavender satin and beaded Prada handbag. The only couture item I have ever owned or will ever own. My "made for Vegas" handbag. My "matches perfectly with my purple earrings" handbag. Somewhere, a maid is walking around the Riviera looking perfectly accessorized. I am a stupidhead.

On a less serious note....
I bought a Prada bag and my daughter bought a coach bag, in the luggage shop at the Riviera. You can see it in a lot of photos of us (including the photo of Kitten2 in the conjuring section of JREF...just LOOK at that coach bag she is holding). The man there was SO nice, he gave us a "good deal" since we bought both. Under $50, for BOTH. Designers are doing such nice work with vinyl these days.

On a serious note, as a woman that dreams of a real designer bag one day, I am really horrified!! Did you ask at the Riv if anyone had turned it in? I know I know, but while at the fancy dinner with Jeff and Boo and Loon (and a lot of others) I found a Blackberry super deluxe thingy in the washroom. I turned it in, and the sad part is that the waiter there acted like I was Mother Theresa (well the mythical nice one). But maybe there is another MOther Theresa type at the Riv?
 
I did, housekeeping even went in and scoured the room up and down, but no dice. I've lost touch with the woman I was rooming with so I haven't been able to ask her if she saw it. I called hotel security to ask about it and they...well, they didn't laugh at me exactly, but they sounded amused. It's my fault for bringing the damn thing to Vegas with me; I ought to have kept it wrapped in tissue paper in a shoebox in the back of the closet.

And hey, there's a lot to be said for a decent knock-off. It looks just as good, and if anything happens to it, the grieving period is shorter.

Saganite- I lost a digital camera on Thursday morning. I left it on the table in the buffet.
Went back and asked security every day. No trace of it.
Peter (Skeptikilt) kindly drove me to Fry's to buy a replacement, but of course I couldn't get the model I wanted.
As they didn't have the power supply for it, whoever took it would get limited use out of it. They probably dumped it and kept the brand new 1 GB XD card. May they die of infected piles and their camels give sour milk!
