Post-TAM Tour?

Getting slightly closer to the topic: My wife and me will have to pick up our rental some time on Sunday. We don't know exactly when we will do that, so it's possible that we will be a bit later than the rest of you anyway. If somebody absolutely wants to stay until they have said Goodbye to every single speaker, they can just join us and we'll meet the rest of you at Red Rocks. I'm sure we can coordinate that somehow.

I vote for 1:30 as well, I'd like to hear the closing remarks... and besides, the later we leave the cooler it will be :D

You'd think that would be true, and I live in Vegas....

Except it's not. :( It's bound to be hot as balls until the sun goes down. But I'd also like to see closing remarks, so 1:30 sounds great.
 
So far as "logistics" goes... just follow the car in front of you. There's no need to go crazy on this folks, it's just a drive. It might however be a good idea to know who has vehicles, etc. I will be driving myself and hcmom, but can't hold any other passengers.

I would be willing to throw equipment or water in the back of the truck if we need the storage area.

Surely someone can arrange a live video conference, backed up by Twitter and Facebook? God forbid a single word be missed...

(the sad thing? Someone, somewhere is going "hey, great idea")

Unless we're putting Ryan in the back of the truck, perhaps we should take my car instead. Which would leave us room for someone, as long as they never wanted to get a word in edgewise.

Well, I'm sure several of us will be tweeting and facebooking it as we go, but not necessarily by video.

It's a shame Jeff is no longer going, he could use ustream.
 
So far I have left my row in the table pristine, particularly in regard to ponies, but I do prefer leaving soon after the official close of the main conference. If that puts me in DocM's car, that is fine with me.
 
Well no, but it does have a class 1 license so it can drive the bus.
