from: Apr. 22, 2004 20:02 - Kaddoumi: PLO charter was never changed
Just a short list of treaties Arafat and the Palestinian Authority have signed over the past decade. All of those treaties called for elections, the drafting of a Palestinian constitution, the end of incitement, the arrest and removal of all terror groups and most of all, the amendments of the Palestinian National Charter.
We all know the first four obligations have been ignored for over a decade, and now after repeated assurances by Arafat and the P.A. that the PLO charter was changed, Farouk Kaddoumi, the PLO's hard-line "foreign minister" said thursday that the PLO charter has not been changed after all.
How much more evidence does one need that you have been lied to....
(stand by for a_u_p, Demon and the Fool to say that Farouk Kaddoumi, the PLO's "foreign minister" is lying, dismiss his admission and then they will counter with some arbitrary crime to do with Sharon, occupation or the settlements.

Palestinian National Charter _ Palestinian Authority WebsiteFarouk Kaddoumi, the PLO's hard-line "foreign minister," said Thursday that when Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat talks about the need to pursue the struggle against Israel, he is referring to the armed struggle. Kaddoumi said the armed struggle was the only way to force Israel to accept the demands of the Palestinians.
Kaddoumi's remarks were made in an interview with the Jordanian newspaper Al-Arab. He admitted that the PLO charter, which denies Israel's right to exist, was never changed.
