Penn and Teller on Circumcision

I know most women I've spoken with on the matter prefer a man to be circumcised. I have never once heard feel or function mentioned; it’s all about the look and the perception of hygiene. If they were used to most men being uncircumcised, I’m guessing they’d probably prefer that and think the other “weird.”

I'll be honest; I've always preferred the circumcised look. The exposed head of a man's instrument is just really sexy, soft or hard.

However.....

- Intercourse-wise, I notice zero difference.

- While I was dating someone who was uncircumcised, uncircumcised suddenly and mysteriously became a total turn on (go fig?)

- Orally, the extra skin can be pretty darned cool. As can the lack thereof, for different reasons.

All in all, for me, each has its own brand of beauty and desirability, but uncircumcised did not before I was more….er….carnally exposed to it. Now it's hot. And thinking about all of this, so am I. ;)

Re: Circumcision....I've only ever seen uncut bits, but I can't say as how if I was at the point of seeing a nekkid penis it would really matter. But then, most guys I know feel that as long as someone is looking at their nekkid penis, they're ahead of the game.
 
Isn't one of the religious reasons to try to make it less sensitive? That doesn't even work.

Anyways, I had my oldest done because his dad wanted it done. It was horrible. I can't imagine what it was like for him to pee, and I had to care for the wound with gauze etc.

My second son isn't circumsized. He's been fine.

I don't know how true it is, but studies were done to see if circumsized males were more sensitibe to pain.

I have to say my oldest is far more sensitive to pain, but there could be numerous reasons for that.

I think only 50% of male babies are circumsized now. Soon I don't think most females will mind either way.
 
Circumcision is barbaric

I can't believe people can be so flippant in discussing whether women find the circumcised penis more attractive or not.

Circumcision is a barbaric, outrageous practice that has no place in today's society, except for strictly medical conditions.

It's the sort of thing you'd expect the woowoos to be into.

It should be a punishable criminal offence.

I presume you are only meaning this when it is being carried out on infants for cosmetic or religious reasons?
