I believe there was more than token support in Iraq (the Kurds of course, the emigres, and the people who cheered when the US tanks went in). Didn’t stay like that.

I suppose we could assume that Trump will have worked all those details out this time, but I’m not taking that bet, are you?

The fact that he is not even going to install Machondo is even more insane to me.

To our European allies who are concerned about this operation against Maduro: get a grip.

You should be celebrating the demise of an illegitimate narcoterrorist dictator who is aligned with Hezbollah and Putin. He stole the election, supports international terrorism and is a narcoterrorist drug trafficker. The UN/European response is weak and pathetic and just emboldens bad guys like Putin.

Today reminds me of how important strong American leadership is to the world. Well done to our military and to President Trump and his entire team.
