I heard it too, and came here to see if ANYONE was talking about it after there was no mention in the SLC blog.
The Howard Stern gang handed it to her pretty hard; they didn't really buy into the conspiracy BS at all, which I was glad of. They stuck to a pretty standard base-line which noobs to the argument can get some pretty good mileage out of: "if there were no planes, then what HAPPENED to the towers and the victims?" Of course they could get no answer from her about this.
On the wrap-up show while discussing it, they had a caller call in who called the no-planers nuts, but then started spouting about the PentaCON (the pentagon "flyover" theory, based on the witnesses at the citgo station and apparently nothing else). The hosts of the wrap-up show unfortunately didn't really know how to deal with the guy, though they left him on the line so he could demonstrate his own craziness. I tried frantically to call in and rebalance the situation but their phone lines were pretty fried (grumble).
I think howard is giving her a show of her own (just this once) this evening just because she's appeared on the show so many times before -- if you don't know, Sal and Richard (basically the prank call guys of the show) would call her and torture her when she was on public access, apparently they were her only listeners (go figure). I don't think the 9-11 nuttiness really played into it until it came out in the interview today (or slightly earlier maybe).
If anyone has Sirius, it's on channel 101 at 7PM EDT tonight. I might try to call in (if there's any hope of getting through), but I also have anniversary plans that will interfere.
