Pat Robertson: A Little Nudity On TV Is OK

The Reverend Pat Robertson, who in his old age has become surprisingly broad minded on issues such as marijuana decriminalization, transgendered people, and the scientifically accepted age of the earth, has now declared that there's nothing wrong with a little nudity on your TV. A woman recently called into the 700 Club with concerns that her pastor was watching a show on cable TV with nudity, and he had the following to say:

You know, listen: The human body is not essentially nasty. I mean, God made us without clothes. And you look at that famous statue of David that's considered one of the masterpieces of the Renaissance, and here's David, and he doesn't have any clothes on at all. You've got the Venus de Milo and some of those others...the Sistine Chapel, Adam has got no clothes on, and that's the famous artwork of God touching Adam....

My goodness, has he seen Game of Thrones? Will somebody please think of the children?!

I almost like this new Pat Robertson.

you don't have to be one on tv to still be a grifter, you just be an evangelist and you are either a grafter or mental. It is easy to tell from your car and your house which.

It's harder to be nude on top of a TV these days. That's one thing those old CRT cabinets had going for them. They were wide and warm.
