"A case in which a woman had sued Winfrey and the former first couple -- as well as three Charleston physicians -- after she claimed they all had conspired to implant a camera with wire sensors into her with the intent of reincarnation has been dismissed."
Kanawha Circuit Court case number: 09-C-2260

"Braxton claimed the defendants had poisoned her which caused her to have surgery on Feb 19, 2009 and Oct, 20, 2009. She claims that during the surgery the physicians implanted a 3-D Lucinda camera with film packs and plates and a wire sensor into her with the intent of reincarnation. She claims the defendants attempted to murder her and attempted to kidnap her grandchildren. She also claims she is being monitored 24 hours a day and is seeking $50 billion dollars. Braxton is representing herself."

How does she think Oprah and the Bushes poisoned her? :con2:

How does she think a camera can cause reincarnation? :con2:

I'd love to read a copy of her complaint. :newlol

There should be a system where insane cases like this are thrown out without wasting any court time.

In 2009? I realise the woman's insane, but couldn't she at least be insane in the 21st century?

errrr, has 2009 been moved then ?
:D

It's the date of the surgery that's important with regard to whether the technology allegedly implanted was outmoded.

I wondered about a possible rationale for using film. NASA use outdated technology for reliability on long time-scale missions. It's not that 20 year old technology is known to be more reliable than last years models. It's that nothing is known at all about how well last years models will be operating in 20 years time.

A similar argument might be constructed as to why film packs might be necessary. However since the images captured would only be accessible if they returned to remove the film it would appear that they would have to already have plans to service the technology.

I had one case where the defendant, a middle-aged-woman accused of a very minor offense (public peace disturbance and resisting) arrived in court to conduct her own defense.
She brought with her a mound of papers and documents at least 5" thick, all totally unrelated to the case....
Unfortunately, nothing so entertaining as implanted cameras and conspiracies involving the White House.

I do that in traffic court, just to tick off the DA, and to automatically win my case.
Turns out, they don't want to try traffic tickets, they just want to go home or whatever.

Wondering why she chose those 3, made me wonder if she'd heard messages through the tv? You read a lot of that, the sad sites who think the same kind of things. Its very funny for five minutes, but very sad after a while.
Funny thing being sleepy by the tv, or waking to it...you do think someone has spoken to you, or talked about you sometimes. Or is that just me???? (Hopefully I can just read those sites and I'm not ready to join them..... )

so you don't think 2009 is in the 21st century either ?
I must be missing something
:D

He's saying that since the surgery was in 2009 (the 21st century), they shouldn't be implanting film packs in her brain. (i.e. they should use a digital camera with wi-fi or 3G :D)
