Open Letter to Dave Thomas

Again I will be happy to present a full CD theory when you all come to the overwhelming realization that the NIST WTC7 theory is pseudo-scientific crackpot garbage.

OK. You've convinced me. Overwhelmingly. NIST is garbage. So what's your full CD theory?

Or does every debunker here have to sign some online register to confirm that they accept you are correct? What if a new person joins the forum and disagrees with you? You suspend publication of your "theory" until the entire world signs up? Your attitude begins to look a lot like megalomania.

wtf are you so afraid of? Tell all.

You stated "the theory we subscribe to is in fact supported by all the available evidence". You have presented absolutely no evidence that suggests reasonable scientifically oriented people should subscribe to your crackpot theory rather than the profoundly more reasonable CD theory. Why? Because none of the "evidence" you have explains the free fall period or the intricate roll to the south. CD and only CD can best explain both these two key phenomena. This proves the NIST defenders here have only faith-based pseudo-science on their side not science. This proves the CD theory is the best and only theory that can explain the WTC 7 collapse.

Please feel free to show us another CD that has period of FFA.

We'll wait.

Romex blasting mats are lightweight and are designed to suppress noise and collateral damage:

Yeah, that is all well and good.

Where are these mats now? Do you also notice that every time they re used, it is for blasting underground?

Notice also that it says "supresses" and not "eliminate"?

Yeah, not to mention the fact that the dogs that were there, detected no signs of an explosive. Sorry, you loose.

Again.

Again.

Sorry you lose. The _bomb sniffing_ dogs were abruptly removed 5 days before 9/11.

Anyway what evidence is there that such dogs can detect shaped charges or thermitics?

Again, you show your ignorance. Extra security was temporarily provided at the WTC a couple of weeks before the attacks, but was back to normal when the attacks took place. Sirius, the permanent sniffer dog at the WTC, remained in place, and died in the collapse of WTC1.

In any case, it's ridiculous to suggest that the WTC towers were prepared for demolition in less than five days.

Anyway what evidence is there that such dogs can detect shaped charges or thermitics?

Thermitics, probably not, but since thermite cannot have been responsible for the WTC collapses that's irrelevant. So, how do you imagine the shape of an object affects its odour?

Dave

May I highlight the important word:
"Today was the first day there was not the extra security,"

They removed the extra security and the extra dogs they had put in for a while, but the WTC was still protected by the normal security, which includes a normal level of guard dogs, and already represents a hightend state of security, following the 1993 bombing.

Anyway what evidence is there that such dogs can detect shaped charges or thermitics?

Do some research:
- What can shaped charges be made of?
- What can terrorist bombs be made of?

Report your findings!

Wow one dog each at the towers. What about WTC 7, the focus of this thread?

Again, you show your ignorance. Smell is the detection of air-borne molecules. Seal a shaped charge in an air-tight container and it can't be detected by explosive-sniffing dogs.

Nano-thermite paint and nano-thermite shaped charges could certainly have been responsible for the WTC collapses. You hand-waving pronouncements don't in any way refute that.

No. Shaped charges require an explosive propellant which projects a ductile metal wedge (often copper). That's how they work. A thermitic material would simply melt the projectile uselessly.

Yeah, right, what about it? You brought that snipped of extra dogs being pulled a week earlier. Were they patrolling WTC7? No? Why did you bring that up? Running away from your own claims, I predict.

If bomb sniffing dogs can't sniff bombs, why have them in the first place, and why would it be suspicious if they were pulled a week earlier? Self-debunking much?

Nano-thermite paint on a steel column could warm the steel by a few degrees. Much less than the daily warming and cooling due to sunshine. Why? Because (nano)-thermite contains so precious little energy. In practice, you need about 2 parts thermite to melt 1 part steel. Doesn't matter much if nano or not nano.

Nano-thermite as explosive for shaped charges? Would give you the tell-tale
INSANELY LOUD BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG
that's necessary to cut a number of crucial columns. There weren't any such bangs.

Remember, they lied up thermite in the first place because they needed something that doen't go BANG too insanely loud, because they knew there wasn't a sufficiently loud BANG at the richt time, and without such an insanely loud BANG, no cutting of columns.

Odd that nobody noticed the walls being removed down to the structural steel and huge mats being placed all around the building. Even the workers who placed them can't seem to remember it.

My mistake. I should have said linear thermite cutter charge like this:

So:

Nano-thermite paint and linear thermite cutter charges could certainly have been responsible for the WTC collapses.

You really ARE that stupid, start viewing this dog sniffing video at about three minutes. And just how much explosive material are you talking about? I give your ignorance three laughing sniffing dogs

:dl: :dl: :dl:

Really? Then explain to all of us why drug sniffing dogs can detect drugs in a vehicule with the U.S./Mexico Drug Tasks Team. How come those dogs can sniff out drugs in air-tight containers & put another drug dealer in jail?

You are delusional!

And they have sniffed out drugs coming across the Mexican border INSIDE a mounted and inflated tire. How *********** air tight is that?

Nano thermit paint.

Prove it.
  1. Calculate how much heat energy would be released by a Kg of nano-thermite paint. Round upward, if you want, just let us know where you are rounding up.
  2. calculate a reasonable density for your paint. I'll even allow you to ignore the density of the binder and just use the density of the nano-thermite itself.
  3. Propose a reasonable applied thickness of said paint. 5 mill, 20 mill, 200 mill, ten centimeters, whatever. your choice, just be prepared to justify your logic behind your choice.
  4. Calculate the weight of the nano-thermite paint per square centimeter base on the above two numbers.
  5. Calculate the maximum potential energy per square centimeter from the energy available from the nano-thermite reaction based on the weight of the nano-thermite per square inch as calculated above.
  6. based on known features of the WTC steel, come up with a range of potential steel thicknesses of the beams on which you claim that the nano-thermite paint was applied.
  7. using a standard density for steel translate those thicknesses into Kg of steel per square centimeter.
  8. assuming a 10 square centimeter area of steel, for each thickness, calculate the total weight of steel, and the energy required to heat that steel from 20 degrees C to 800 degrees C.
  9. Calculate the total energy available in a 10 square centimeter patch of nano-thermite paint. Compare the two. You can even assume total energy transfer form the pain to the steel.

Go ahead, I dare you. All of the information that you will require for the above is available on the internet. If not, you are free to make assumptions, just be sure to justify your assumptions.

My mistake. I should have said linear thermite cutter charge like this:

So:

Nano-thermite paint and linear thermite cutter charges could certainly have been responsible for the WTC collapses.

Except that the columns were coated in fireproofing and had very heavy and close-fitting drywall facings. The facings would not fit back over the top of any 'device' (the drywall panels fitted into floor and ceiling mounted slots), which would leave the 'devices' in plain view in open office space, storage rooms, bathrooms, corridors etc. , together with the detonation systems.

Meanwhile your magical 'nano-thermite paint' would need to be much *much* thicker than the target steel (to cater for its determination to fall rather than burrow sideways). Even if the stuff actually exists. And even then it would suffer exactly the same restrictions as a physical device, by virtue of its sheer size.

cmatrix - it isn't good enough for you to just make up crap on the fly, as you see fit, to suit the current glitch in your argument. The rational world doesn't work that way.
