You haven't corrected a single thing I've said.If you want to go back and blame Mr. and Mrs. Rittenhouse, go for it.
All I'm doing is correcting your misinformation.

Yes he did. He was not legally able to purchase it, and the friend who purchased it for him pled guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor for illegally buying it for him.He didn't illegally obtain the gun.

I know he didn't purchase it. I said as much when I pointed out that the friend he convinced to illegally purchase it for him pled guilty over it. You really should read the entire sentence rather than cherry picking out one phrase. It could drastically improve your communications skills. He didn't purchase it.
He was charged with illegally carrying it, but the charge was dismissed. That means that he was innocent not because a dispute about the facts was resolved in his favor, but because he was innocent as a matter of law even if you accepted every claim of fact made by the prosecution.

Another case where you can't actually argue the facts, but only get upset about them.Another contortion artist at work. I love it.
Then the fact that doing so would have been illegal is irrelevant.I know he didn't purchase it.
And yet, where's the charge? If you have to convince your friend to break the law to buy you a firearm that you can't legally purchase, then you got it illegally.
Another case where you can't actually argue the facts, but only get upset about them.
As I said before, you're bad at communicating. That includes both being bad at expressing yourself, and being bad at reading comprehension. That's what's going on here.Yup, loving something is certainly being upset. /sarcasm
What Universe are you from anyway?
The purchase of the weapon was not legal, and actually led to a guilty plea. That makes it an illegally obtained firearm. Then the fact that doing so would have been illegal is irrelevant.
And yet, where's the charge?
As I said before, you're bad at communicating. That includes both being bad at expressing yourself, and being bad at reading comprehension. That's what's going on here.
I didn't say you were upset at me. You're upset that Kyle wasn't guilty of any crime by carrying a gun. You didn't claim you loved that did you?
He was. He got off on the technicalities of poorly written laws. You're upset that Kyle wasn't guilty of any crime by carrying a gun.
First, that's a guilty plea by someone other than Kyle. Second, what exactly did he plead guilty to? Illegally obtaining the firearm? Nope. He pled guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, which isn't even a crime. The purchase of the weapon was not legal, and actually led to a guilty plea. That makes it an illegally obtained firearm.
You do get that, right?
You're contradicting yourself. He got off BECAUSE he's NOT guilty, not in spite of being guilty. You can blame that on a technicality if you want, but that "technicality" still means he's not guilty. He was. He got off on the technicalities of poorly written laws.
If a minor convinces you to buy them alcohol that they cannot legally buy, and you plead guilty to buying it for them, then that alcohol was obtained illegally. How are you struggling to understand this?First, that's a guilty plea by someone other than Kyle. Second, what exactly did he plead guilty to? Illegally obtaining the firearm? Nope. "Black instead will plead no contest to a county ordinance citation of contributing to the delinquency of a child and face a $2,000 fine, prosecution and defense attorneys said in court Monday."
A $2000 fine is WAY less than it would cost to defend himself in court, and there's no criminal conviction to go on his record. Of course he's going to take a plea deal like that, regardless of whether or not he's guilty.
The charges against Kyle for illegal weapons possession were dismissed by the judge. That isn't like a jury verdict where you can claim that prosecutors didn't prove the facts of the case beyond a reasonable doubt. That means that he's actually innocent even if everything the prosecution alleges is true. You do get that, right?
You keep saying stuff like this, but you can't actually point to anything I've said that's wrong.I don't care about Rittenhouse or Rosenbaum, but I am loving how you contort things
How are you struggling to understand that Kyle wasn't guilty of any crime here? Black being guilty of something doesn't make Kyle guilty of anything. If a minor convinces you to buy them alcohol that they cannot legally buy, and you plead guilty to buying it for them, then that alcohol was obtained illegally. How are you struggling to understand this?
