One average of the sidereal periods for the "rockplanets" that doesn't even give the correct value for his "Short cycle" and simply ignores the relations of those "rockplanets" to the sun and the galactic center as his notions assert. It's just numerology not math.

You can't just leave Neptune on site unsupervised. That planet's always been a slacker.
