Oliver Stone's "W"

I heard the Josh Brolin was a method actor and got in a drunken brawl in hopes he might get some brain damage. If it worked he should be a shoo-in for the Oscar.

The problem with the more extreme Bush haters is they will beleive ANYTHING negative about him. That way lies madness in the form of the 9/11 Truth movement.
I have a feeling that some of the Bush haters will actually miss the fool; they get a lot of pleasure out of hating him and it's nice to have a single person you can blame everything that is wrong in the world on.

Isn't that sort of a problem with anyone's most hated politician (or anyone else one hates, for that matter)? The phenomenon is not limited to W haters.

of course, one could argue that by then it's more about lbj or nixon (who he also made a movie about). probably a question better answered by him, though.

Here's a sad comment on the state of conservatism in America today: Many if not most of them will be more outraged by this film than by the Bush presidency.

Yeah, the Bush presidency will have nothing on the Obama presidency.
 
Well to the OP, no way in hell. A couple of my children watched JFK and were convinced that it was an historical depiction of events. I detest Stone.
