More likely he would be provided with a mewling chaos spawn etched in runes of power and sanity blasting sigils -- also his date and location of birth with a certificate of authenticity from the state of Hawaii -- which would be presided over at all times by a group of black-robed, gibbering mad-men who have had their eyes replaced by tentacles with more eyes on them...you know, Tzeentch.
