Obama got Pwned. Again.

  • I calculated rate change and percent change by year.
  • I used the built in AVG function to avg percentage change.
  • The .75 was due to an error. I didn't save it and now I cannot recreate it. I now come up with .50 growth using the AVG function. .49% calculating total rate change dividing rate of change by first year.
