First, LashL reported that the thing had been tossed, and had the documents to prove it. This was (IIRC) the same day, or the next day. It wasn't untill the day AFTER that, did any info show up on their site, and ONLY after someone pointed out that LASHL had posted the info. Why WOULD they withhold that info?? If LASHL, who is in CANADA, can find this information, scan it, and upload it to her website, than why couldn't the people that were actually INVOLVED with it, post it just as fast, if not FASTER?!?!?!?! BTW, the link that they posted on NYCCAN'Ts website was LASHL's website. Hummm....

Not to mention, collecting money under fraudulent conditions. Everyone who donated money to NYCCANT after they had learned that their initiative was doomed to failure has been defrauded by NYCCANT.

That money was donated with the understanding that it would promote something which had some chance of success - and it was NYCCANT that directly created that false impression, with their continued assertions that they would be successful, when they knew, or should reasonably have known, that success was impossible.
