As the Thanksgiving holiday officially gets underway the day before Turkeyday, airlines are reporting few if any glitches and TSA lines at the largest airports are reporting waits of fewer than 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, those traveling over the river and through the woods via SUV, have gassed up their cabon-spewing guzzlers with nary a complaint despite the left-advocacy American media's having predicted since about the second week in November, 2005, that as gas prices hit "record highs" (after months of record, adjusted dollar, lows), millions of Americans to forego holiday travel and remain huddled at home around a single, sputtering candle while hoping that a Hillary presidency will save us all.

But, the media promise, just because things didn't work out quite as they'd hoped for Thanksgiving, they are not giving up on either Christmas or New Years!

I’m only saying this because I care…there are a lot of decaffeinated brands on the market that are just as tasty as the real thing.

Have you ever gotten up very early in the day, looked to the west and, noting no light in the sky there, looked then to the north and south, and finding no light in those directions, either, discovered for yourself that the sun rises in the east?

My other interests are nunya...but thanks for asking.

Many issues ARE left/right or have a left/right direction built into them.

Now, if you are talking about water skiing (no...I don't water ski) then no, you are not going to find much political about that in MOST cases (I can imagine times when even this would elicit a left/right battle, say when some lefty wants to protect some minnow or bug from the eeevvvilllls of humanity by banning motorcraft in some pond that people have motored about in for 75 years...).

Let me tell you something....when I found this forum, I had no idea I'd be stumbling into a veritible snakepit of leftist ideology. I just thought it'd be good ol' fashioned nutjob (the real kind: those worried about the Illuminati and the Templars and what not) bashing, with a dash of debunking of all the sorts of things Randi has debunked over his very long and effective career.

And yeah, there are forums in here dedicated to that...but since in this modern era everything from Nessie to Grays HAS been pretty thoroughly debunked, I guess I was just being nostalgic.

Fortunately, I wandered into these forums, where illogical, irrational, blindly unthinking lefties run wild.

It's like a turkey shoot!

I find that decaf coffee, filtered cigarettes, unleaded gas and hairspray without hydroflourocarbons interfere with my ability to think.

And lay waste to everything around me.
