It would require anything we haven't found yet, with the bar being raised every time something new was found, till we found some life form so advanced they would claim it is God.

Actually, there are a number of other inhabited planets. They all passed their "Garden Of Eden" test and are now living in peaceful bliss with all of their indigenous critters, with no need to go exploring in outer space.

You know, I started being Atheist about 10 years ago. At first I was sort of debatey and would get into these kinds of discussions. But now I'm sort of stunned that people really do believe in God, and more especially Jesus as the messiah. When I see things like this or talk to my Christian friends I'm gobsmacked that they really believe this stuff. It's bizarre to me.

You know, I started being Atheist about 10 years ago. At first I was sort of debatey and would get into these kinds of discussions. But now I'm sort of stunned that people really do believe in God, and more especially Jesus as the messiah. When I see things like this or talk to my Christian friends I'm gobsmacked that they really believe this stuff. It's bizarre to me.

I think that is one of the true slippery slopes that exist, and probably why some believers are so scared of skeptics: Once you start questioning a theistic religion, it will start to fall apart.
