Um, was this a school bus or a city bus?
You can't just go and threaten all the kids on the bus , duh.
The daughter needs to be able to name names, that is required by school officials, what if she started the alleged fight?
that does not happen all the time but it does in about half of the bullying I see.
It is not tolerated in my school district, period. But if a child starts a fight then they should be suspended as well. Without the actual facts and just the dad's side of the story we can not say.
But excuse me people, you can't just go into a school or on a school bus and threaten people that is criminal.
How do we know the dad us not a pathological liar?
But lets blame the school without the facts, gosh no school I ever worked in had parents who were unreasonable.

He had contacted school authorities in the past, did he contact them this time? was it the same school or another school, and what was the complaint? His daughter has cerebral palsy, but that does not give him permission to threaten students and the bus driver. Sorry, we are supposedly a nation of laws. And yes putting an 'open condom' on the students head is offensive. But was it on the school bus or the school, who was in charge at the time? If it was on the bus, then why didn't they review the video? I mean my gosh kids get suspended from the bus all the freaking time.
His anger is justifiable, his behavior is not. I sympathize as a parent and one who has had similar incidents in his child's life.
In our district it is amazing that the school bus system works, it is under funded , the drivers are under supported, last year we had bus monitors, this year , none. Then there are the parents who scream at staff because their kids starts stuff.
Seriously "I know my kid kicked him but he shouldn't have punched him", we can never judge this from just one side and the other side is bound not to discuss this. This is sad and tragic, I have to deal with little gangster wanna bes every day, whose brothers and uncles are already junior and full members, whose fathers and grandfathers were members. Threatening those kids is useless, as it is with most kids. The adult has be an adult, and that sometimes means going to the ‘po-po’ and ‘snitching’ . It also means you have to maintain your composure bet if this dad had filed a police report and gone to the local news or even held up a protest sign, he could have gotten better results.
