The feared New World Order. Many conspiracy theorists repeat NWO over and over again. They believe this secret group is behind every major event in the world and wants to control us all. But what proof does anybody have of it's existence? How does it operate? How could it possibly have control all over the world?
Throughout the years we have indeed had numerous statements, that can be interpreted either hinting about NWO, or directly promoting this kind of world view. Here is a good list of these quotes in chronological order up until 1997:

There are quotes that describe new world order, like this one:
Bush Senior mentioned New World Order in 1991.
There are numerous quotes like these. But there is something similar in all of them. They are either,
1) Stating that there is some power that rules over the government, these are mostly fear-mongering statements, or
2) They are rooting for more global policy and politics crossing national boundaries, rather than a purely national policy.
Who are these NWO people pulling the strings?
Some say the bankers are. Some say it's the Zionists. Some accuse specific meetings and groups, like the Bilderberg Group, Free Masons, Bohemian Grove are NWO camps. Some accuse the UN. Some accuse specific families, like Rockefellers, Rothschilds or European Monarchs.
They say, the NWO leaves signs, like the seal on the $1 bill or Pentagrams worked into city plans.
But what PROOF does any single conspiracy theorist in the world have, that some small group is ruling the world?
Someone wanting more globalization surely does not mean he rules the world. Someone saying there is some group ruling the world does not mean, there is.
I have never seen any proof, how this small group could possibly rule the entire world. I have never seen any evidence, how you could track every suspiciuous event back to NWO. But it's easy to repeat. NWO! NWO! We must FEAR. They want to rule us.
I think to most CT's the whole concept of NWO is just a blur. But it's just easy to think that something evil is out there. They just can't get into any specifics. That's why it's also easy to promote.
I hate the NWO. Not because I fear it, but because it is repeated over and over again by ignorant people.

Declaration of Interdependence in 1975 said:"We must join with others to bring forth a new world order...Narrow notions of national sovereignty must not be permitted to curtail that obligation."
Bush Senior mentioned New World Order in 1991.
Bush Senior said:What is at stake is more than one small country, it is a big idea -- a new world order...to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind...based on shared principles and the rule of law....The illumination of a thousand points of light....The winds of change are with us now.
