Now rumors if Ford does not agree to testify on Monday, The GOP senators will try to ram through Kavenuagh's confirmation tomorrow, as planned.
This is unbleivable, I have never seen a political party so blatent in it's comtempt for the norms of a democratic society.
I honersly hope it does not come to armed resistence, but I am afraid if the dems don't win big in November it will come to that.

Other than the fact that his buddy has gone to great lengths to make it clear they both drank like fish during this time and would be black out drunk more often than most would consider normal.

So, "I don't remember this ever happening" doesn't hold as much weight when you have already said at that time in my life I drank so much that I often didn't remember things that happened.

Rumors of someone else hearing rumors is pretty thin. Although it is possible she mis-remembers telling some friends about it at some point. That also leads to what she told them exactly, ie boys from that school, boys at this party, Mike Judge and his friend, etc.

A civil war over an uncorroborated, 36 year-old accusation in which the "victim" says she can't remember where or even what year it happened, making it impossible for Kavanaugh to defend himself? What nonsense. This should have gone to a local PD, if it actually happened. This woman should not be heard -- this is where the line should be drawn. Make this a precedent and anyone can torpedo anyone else in D.C. just by shouting out an allegation right before the vote, after all of the investigations. The lawyer who demanded an FBI investigation should be disbarred because she doesn't know the difference between federal and local jurisdictions, and all of the Senators who called for an FBI investigation should be censured. Of course, that won't happen, because this is business as usual with the completely corrupt Democrats. Meanwhile, Keith Ellison's accuser is getting death threats and no support from the media, according to her.
 
So a high school "classmate" of the accuser said she heard about it at school for days afterwards.

thereby directly contradicting the accuser who said she did not tell anyone, and that it happened in the summer of 1982.

Now the "classmate" deleted her claim, and doesn't want to talk about it anymore because her claim "had its effect."

This was the claim I was referring to. At least she admits that she was against him even before she heard of this allegation, so sounds totally legit.

Yes, he was clearly talking about civil war over this single incident and not the blatant corruption and disdain for democratic principles the Republican party has repeatedly shown.

Sure, the "classmate" could be lying. But she could also have heard an account from somebody else among the several other kids who were at the party. Even somebody who just remembered "Christine got upset about something and locked herself in the bathroom" would be significant. I also wouldn't put it past this drunk Judge guy (as opposed to the drunk judge) to have chattered about it as if it was all a joke. The source for a secondary report wouldn't have to be Ford herself.

There were allegedly 3 people in the room. Why do you think that Ford is the only one who could have talked about what transpired? Do you think that people wouldn't boast about grabbing other people by the pussy?
