New Fossil links Frogs, Salamanders and Caecilians

A new fossil "Frogamander" find gives definition to the ancestors of three classes of amphibians with something very close to a common ancestor of two of them. One (or more!) gap gods bite the dust.
But Kirk Cameron says we don't see these kinds of links. I'm so confused!

Discovered in 1995, now reported in Nature.

No no, you got it backwards, two more gap gods are born. Frogmander is obviously just another of gods unique creations, so now we have to explain the gap between frogmander and frogs and the gap between frogmander and salamanders.

....three classes of amphibians

I don't want to be picky but you are referring to the three ORDERS of amphibians, not classes. All the amphibians, the three living orders, constitute a CLASS.

What, you mean the frolamander and salogmanders over in this jar?

Sorry, that's my engineering showing through. Besides, I thought that biologists had thrown all that sort of nomenclature away with the new cladistics?

No problem. However, Linnaean nomenclature remains very much in use. Cladistics is a methodology. If you are embracing a cladistic viewpoint and refer to a group of organisms, they are called a clade, not a class or an order:

Cladistics is the hierarchical classification of species based on evolutionary ancestry. Cladistics is distinguished from other taxonomic classification systems because it focuses on evolution (rather than focusing on similarities between species), and because it places heavy emphasis on objective, quantitative analysis. Cladistics generates diagrams called cladograms that represent the evolutionary tree of life. DNA and RNA sequencing data are used in many important cladistic efforts. Computer programs are widely used in cladistics, due to the highly complex nature of cladogram generation procedures. Cladistics originated in the work of the German entomologist, Willi Hennig, who himself referred to it as phylogenetic systematics; the use of the terms "cladistics" and "clade" was popularized by other researchers.[1] The term phylogenetics is often used synonymously with cladistics. Cladistics originated in the field of biology but in recent years has found application in other disciplines. The word cladistics is derived from the ancient Greek κλάδος, klados, "branch."
