You may be correct...I thought I read another article that said he was part of this research group and help put the grant proposal together.

If I'm wrong...I will be the first to admit it!

I will do a little more internet research today, and see what I can find...

Yep, that's the link I posted which seems to say it's not Griffin or his university.

But I, too, will admit it if I am wrong.
 
It appears that Griffin is not involved, Orphia is right and does not have to apologize. It is the pathetic opinion of columnist Douglas Todd that Griffin did some smart work on the afterlife.

Dwain Deets spent a great deal of time arguing on JREF for the Pentagon no-planers. I note with interest that he's changed his mind. What would interest me most is not that he's changed his mind.

I'd like to find out why and how he changed his mind. I have this crazy and romantic notion that conspiracism is caused by people not knowing how to operate their brains, so to speak.

It was kind of you to boil down that 4224 "statement" for us. Geez. Even for truthers, that was verbose and rambling. It does provide interesting insight though; can you imagine trying to organize anything where the participants are all conspiracy theorists? Even the other conspiracy theorists are out to get them. I mean seriously, look what he says about their attempt to agree on a consensus:

She says that some automatically believe every bad thing that happens is a government plot. She accuses them of:

• being in it for the money

If I were a mischievous millionaire, I'd think of sponsoring a Truther mega-conference to map out a common strategy for the Big Investigation, just for the fun of watching them go at each other. Sort of like when the aristocracy visited lunatic asylums for the fun.:D But I'd feel a bit dirty afterwards.
