Okay…boys and girls, a new 9/11 truth conference. This time it is going to be in Washington, DC on Sept. 14/15, and only $125 for both days.

I wonder if the national press is going to cover this historic event.

I don’t see David Ray Griffith on the speakers list, but it is my understanding he got a $5 million grant to study the afterlife, so he’s busy working on that.

;)

It looks like they have to normal selection of deuchbags though. I'm surprised the trolls in their mom's basement that make up this deluded bunch of hacks got enough attendees to get such a good room rate at the Pentagon City Sheraton. $89 is a really good rate for Arlington, VA.

I need to hear Dick Gregory

Dick Gregory, American Wiseman, Truth Finder, Truth-Teller, Prophet

He sounds like a modest kind of guy and he could tell me when the end times are going to be.

:D

If the national press cover it positively, that'll be the Truth resurrected! Griffin's thesis will write itself!

I expect it will get roughly the same coverage as the Toronto "hearings". This is to say almost none at all. There's usually no shortage of actual news happening in the DC metro area to make room for this sort of thing.

Many outstanding speakers have been invited to participate including Richard Gage, Webster Tarpley, Kevin Barrett, Peter Janney, Barbara Honegger, Barry Kissin, Dick Gregory, resident witnesses of the Shanksville, PA air disaster, representatives of the American Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) and representatives of varying sides of the debate on what happened at the Pentagon.
Invited but not committed to a convention 6 weeks away?

Varying sides?

They are so going to lose that room rate. Shame really, $89 a night is a great deal for that location. Well, if the nutjobs don't show and fill up the agenda, maybe they can see the sites. The hotel is close to the Blue/Yellow line of the Metro and 3 stops from the Smithsonian (but you have to change trains and go one stop on the Orange line). At trip to the Air and Space Museum would do this crowd some good.

I know that's just a typo, but it brings up the wonderful image of a hotel full of truthers going all the way to DC, only to spend all their time in their rooms, looking at the websites for all the museums and memorials.

But, I was thinking, yeah, $89 is a good rate. Would it be worth signing up for the conference, just so we could blow it off and visit the Air and Space museum? I've been meaning to see it again for some time now! :D

I went to their website and it's $94 for a room for the one night of the 14th.

So, that's a "No" then, unless we're willing to pay a premium for the mental image of five truthers wandering around the conference room, asking, "Where's everybody else?!?" :D

Or, we could all show up, as "Independent Investigative Reporters" for the Nearly-Worldwide Organization of News Reporters.

Microphones labelled "NWO News" optional, but encouraged!

Black suits, ear pieces, shades, cuff mic's....

Or maybe get a bunch of people to dress in suits, sit in the back of the room, take copious notes and lots of pictures but never talk to anyone.

Make agitated phone calls at the back

"No George I'm telling ya, they got us rumbled, you really shouldn't have got that teacher to say the code words in front of the kids....."

"John has a long moustache, I repeat, John has a long moustache..."
