Need some simple web html

I want to create something like a Likeit page, which has a Facebook Like button next to each comment, with the ability for a person to add their own comment. I can handle the adding comments part, but can't seem to get the format of the Like Button - comment part. (i.e., people can Like comments previously posted).

I already have the Facebook Like link code, and am using Wordpress. I can get the Like link at the top of the Loop, but I want to have one preceding each comment.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
