I would like to hear an unbiased opinion, from you guys here at the JREF!
I think that you might not be completely honest about that, in light of your follow up questions.
Do you think some of her policies she is striving to pass are ridicolous? Such as giving tax money to those who do not want to work?
Redistributing wealth from hard working people to criminals is wrong
Yes, Pelosi is a liberal. She is, in fact, more liberal than most democracts. However, her ideology is pretty much in line with her constuents. Her district is the city of San Francisco, which is a stronghold of the far left.
Yes, she supports economic and tax policies designed to redistrubute wealth from the wealthy to the poor. That does happen to be one of the core planks of liberal politics in the US, so it should not be a surprise.
However, your characterization of the recipients of the wealth distribution in her policy as 'those who do not want to work' or 'criminals' speak more to your bias than to that of this forum.
To turn it around on you, the polcies of lazaisse faire attitudes towards enforcing regulations under the Bush administration allowed CEO's like Ken Ley and Dennis Kaslowski, and investment managers like Bernie Madhoff to put into place illegal schemes that went unnoticed and resulted in transferring a lot wealth from hard working people to themselves.
However, despite the effect in this instances, it would be blatantly incorrect to say that the intentions of the Bush administration were to transfer wealth from hard working people to criminals. To make the same accusations against Pelosi are equally incorrect and display extreme bias.
