Endicott McCray, 24, got into a fight with his brother-in-law. A friend of McCray’s wife says a group of them were out when she saw McCray’s wife’s brother “shove” McCray. In response, witnesses say McCray pulled out a handgun that he had in his waistband and pointed the gun at his brother-in-law. Police say he fired one shot into the ground, then raised the firearm, turned it sideways and fired “up to four more gunshots.”

And the woman who died was a lesbian so maybe they can toss some hate crime charges on top.

The two perps seemed to have different MO's. Parking Lot Man has been arrested.

"Shoot into the crowd because someone bumped/pushed me man" is, per the last time I checked the news, still at large but identified sufficiently that he's likely not to remain at large for very long. Sucks to be him. The news I read this afternoon says he's from San Marcos. (about an hour south of Austin).

Guess he was not ready for the big city.
