Concord Management as a defendant hired an attorney to represent them which gave them discovery and then that discovery provided by the Mueller team was leaked online.
Basically, they abused discovery and have no intention on protecting their defendants in trial and the data "breach" is just limited to what the Mueller team knew would probably be compromised anyway.

Yeah, when one of your legal filings citations is "2 Animal House (Universal Pictures 1978)", or the footnote “1 Which sounds a lot like ‘I did, I did, I taw a puddy tat.’ Tweetie (1948).” (in different filings). A cartoon or frat house approach to filings may not have been the best option. Heck, it reads like one of the troll farm works had a hand in the filings and not one of the best trolls at that.

Rats tipped off CNN about the Stone arrest/indictment

CNN had a prefiling copy of the indictment that they sent to stone's lawyer within 20 minutes of him getting arrested.

Far more likely most of the networks had been staking out Stone's places because Stone had been in the gun for days and his arrest was imminent and inevitable. And I'm pretty sure the FBI didn't need to tell CNN what time of day they were going in. Pre-dawn is always a good bet.

Pre-filing copy of the indictment sent to Stone's lawyer from CNN? Please. His lawyer would have been given one by the FBI first, just as they went in the doors. So I'm betting that guy (at Stone's insistence, possibly) immediately circulated the rumour it came from CNN. In order to make it look like the poor little tattooed darling was being put upon by the nasty, nasty media boo hoo.

Gotta ask you whether you actually read the actual letter from Stone's actual lawyer before you inflicted that on this thread?

Had anyone read the letter that was attached to the actual link I posted one would instantly know that above comments were not just wrong but spectacularly wrong.

Can you break that metadata down in your link for me? I'm not sure how it shows that the evidence came from the FBI and not the courts. I'm always so excited to hear you speak on a technical level that I just can't wait now.

Please, feel free to get as technical as you want, I think I can follow.
