That wasn't what we were trying to get you to accept. We were trying to answer your question on why others were not indicted with this.
We don't know that they weren't or won't be. Indictments may be under seal. More may be coming in the next week. We don't have enough information to say that Stone was in any way singled out.
I wish there had been a perp walk. Images of Stone in cuffs would be priceless.
So anyone want to make a prediction about stone? Does he:
- cooperate and flip like Flynn/Cohen as an act of self preservation
- feign co-operation like Manafort, trying to play both sides (lie to mueller or hold stuff back, thinking you can outsmart him)
- play innocent
Flashback to the campaign.
Trump: "WikiLeaks. I love WikiLeaks."
Conspiring behind the scenes and then boasting about it in public. #rogerstoneindictment
That makes sense. I suspect it's in Stone's nature to fight back (dirtily), especially when it's a case of heads he wins, tails he doesn't lose.If there is one person Trump might Pardon even at the cost of his own Presidency, it is probably Roger Stone.
I would guess that Stone will not cooperate with Mueller, not even pretend to, and do his best to play the innocent victim of a witch hunt - in the full expectation that Trump won't let him go to prison.
Also people in Russia and Ukraine. And Brighton Beach, for that matter. There are probably a couple of people in the GOP who don't want Stone to talk to prosecutors, either.
OK dash off a quickie... According to a talking head, the papers say that Stone was directed by a senior campaign official. That could be Manafort, however I always pegged Stone as innermost circle, the one person who Trump would funnel everything through. What if it's Junior who directed Stone? That would be fascinating.
5/ A "high-ranking Trump campaign official" is described later in the indictment having contact with Stone through intermediaries about the WikiLeaks hacked emails. One of those emails was previously published by @nytimes and they identified the official as Steve Bannon.

CNN’s @JohnBerman: Did the President direct someone to have Roger Stone reach out to WikiLeaks?
Press Secretary Sarah Sanders: I’m not an attorney.
According to the screenshot in this tweet what's on Fox News right now is the story of a Price Is Right contestant who was in the loo when her name was called.
