"Universities will someday study what highly conflicted (and NOT Senate approved) Bob Mueller

This moron has no clue about how the government operates. He is hearing that his newly appointed AG needs to have senate approval, and therefore thinks that everyone must need approval, too, because, it's all the same....

Get a ******* clue.

That's a dumb prediction.

With the way Republicans are handling things, there won't be any universities in the future, only vocational schools teaching people how best to mine for coal and smelt steel.

The only real bit of news in Trump's @DailyCaller interview is, as usual, unintentional: Trump seems to confirm he appointed Whitaker expressly because of the Mueller probe. He segued seamlessly from the appointment to the investigation, something the reporter hadn't raised.

I'm going to quote the quote in the picture embedded in the tweet, because it's quite spectacular:

POTUS: Well, I heard it was a very strong opinion. Uh, which is good. But [Whitaker] is just somebody that’s very respected.

I knew him only as he pertained, you know, as he was with Jeff Sessions. And, you know, look, as far as I’m concerned this is an investigation that should have never been brought. It should have never been had.

It’s something that should have never been brought. It’s an illegal investigation. And you know, it’s very interesting because when you talk about not Senate confirmed, well, Mueller’s not Senate confirmed.

Someone @ Mueller, quickly.

Flake issues an impotent threat to the republicans...

From: https://www.cnn.com/2018/11/14/politics/mueller-protection-bill-flake-coons/index.html
Republican Sen. Jeff Flake said Wednesday that he will not vote to confirm the Trump administration's judicial nominees on the Senate floor or advance them in the Senate Judiciary Committee if legislation to protect special counsel Robert Mueller does not receive a Senate floor vote.

Why its an empty threat:

- We have seen Flake make these grand gestures then cave later. (For example his demand into an investigation into Kavanaugh, then he votes to confirm after a sham investigation where the FBI didn't even interview Ford.)

- Even if Flake actually follows through on his threat, there are ways around it... McConnell can bring nominees forward even if they aren't approved by the committee, and Pence can break any senate ties on the floor. (Or the republicans can just wait until next year.)

Trump has a brilliant strategy to keep Mueller from indicting him: just keep on committing crimes faster than he can investigate them.

I said it before but you almost have to be impressed. Trump is doing a Gish Gallop... in real life. That shouldn't be possible but damn if he isn't pulling it off.

He's a child who when you catch his hand in the cookie jar he poops on the floor and when you start to yell to at him for pooping on the floor he rapes the dog.

which is why Flake and the Democrats are begging Mitch McConnell to let them lock away the gas and matches before he burns the house down.

"The only “Collusion” is that of the Democrats with Russia and many others. Why didn’t the FBI take the Server from the DNC? They still don’t have it. Check out how biased Facebook, Google and Twitter are in favor of the Democrats. That’s the real Collusion!"

Explosive diarrhea.

Flake's threats are all but completely empty. He's a grandstanding lame duck.

Well we know Trump University won't be.

Mueller has to reopen the Obstruction Case, now that Trump hired Whitaker.

Wait... It was closed? I was more under the impression that the case there was beyond rock solid, and thus it was put on the back-burner because it could be brought forth at any time, aka, when putting forth the more serious and substantive things that needed more investigation.
