"Mr. Trololo" Khil dies in Russia

kbadzn.jpg

Just leave this window open all day as a remembrance to dearly departed comrade Edvard Khil.

The world is a sadder and less interesting place without him.

May he trololo in peace.

I hate how when a celebrity dies, everyone feels the need to pretend their death upsets them, because well, death is supposed to be upsetting, and only a callous prick wouldn't care.

I also hate how the internet makes stars out of folks for literally no reason, we are not talking american idol, crap reason, but literally no reason.

So one could say, the fact that this will inevitably be fairly big news, is not exactly the type of trend that makes me jump up and yell , "Yay humanity".

 Khil had a fairly successful musical career that spanned several decades. He was a star long before the Internet even existed.

Oh, but see if Sadhatter hasn't heard of something, it doesn't exist. His role model is the comic book store guy on The Simpsons.

Actually there is a reason. The song was catchy, and the poorly produced video of him lip-syncing it was funny. Isn't that a reason? "LITERALLY" DUDE!!!

Well, that was rather rude and ignorant. Mr Khil was one of the most successful singers in the Soviet Union.

Here he is performing "Ballad Of A Soldier"

Wow, he outdid the Hoff and Shatner all together in totally cluelessness of horridness flipping over into the point of cool. He shall be missed, but he's left the best of him behind!
