Just wanted to put this out there because of the silence in both the truther and debunker camps - any new info on the case out there? Oh and as always:

I wonder if his good bud Richard Gage hasn't come to Mr. Badillo's defense in his time of need? I've noticed to Manny doesn't appear in the latest lolbuildingwut? video. Manny probably couldn't be bothered for another shoot as he's probably quite busy in the showers these days. :)

So that commercial NYC-CAN spent $100,000 on has a child molester* in it. Nice.

I guess they could edit him out, but that would cost precious funds they need to secure air time for their oh-so-important message. Not to mention the public relations embarrassment, but I doubt anyone's even paying enough attention to NYCCAN to bother pointing it out.

* - Yes, I know, innocent until proven guilty and all that. But any kind of sexual misconduct involving underage children has such a stigma attached that even an accusation makes a person completely unsuitable to be a prominent member of any public group.

As near as I can tell, there is an order that he can be released from custody to house arrest upon receipt of an appropriate surety/bond, but I am not sure whether he has actually been released yet.

That information is apparently available, however, if one wishes to call the inmate information line at (561) 688-4340.

In any event, it appears that he is due to appear in court tomorrow, August 26, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 11E.

As the old saying goes "Fifteen will get you twenty". If the charges are true then he's in for a pretty rough ride. Kiddie diddlers are at the bottom of the prison caste system right below rapists and right above... well, nobody. Even hardened criminals of the worst sort have kids of their own as well as nieces and nephews and they really aren't really known for their anger management skills.

THere's no excuse for that kind of thing. We can all agree on that. But with so many millions of Truthers you can always expect a bad apple or two as with any massive group of people. That's life. Sure wasn't Bush himself accused of raoe ? It was in the paper.

Maybe this is merely a ploy to undermine one of the most popular 9/11 Truth sites on the Net and in real life, or discredit the organization or something else? I'm not sure, but perhaps I'm not the only one that feels something is deeply wrong about this. I don't know what exactly, but the feeling's there.
