This is why you have to hire structural engineers for your projects. BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.

Nah. For steel joists you take the span eg. 60 feet divide by 2 change to inches = 30” and add 1”= 31” so the Towers’ 29” joists were under designed! For beams you just take the depth that fits your architectural section, the span length you need and pick the lightest one that still shows numbers in the Steel Manual. For columns you copy what other engineers have done from their drawings on other projects. Oh, and always put columns on top of other columns to avoid pesky point loads. For shear cover all walls with 5/8" gyp board. Use the formula WL²/8 in case you're asked by the permits department to show them calculations. The engineer stamp is about $30. Architects can save a ton of money on structural engineers following these simple rules.

Why does it take R. Gage so long to go to Congress? Criminal neglect? Or is he earning too much from AE911T (70,000 US$ in 2009) and doesn't want to abandon his main source of personal income too soon?

He is an expert for building houses. I presume none of his highrises has collapsed so far, so he is not an expert on the collapse of buildins. Any statement he makes concerning the look of the collapses is only an argument from incedulity. He makes a few statements and suggestions along the way that are false or misleading:

- collapses were not symetrcal

- were not without resistance

- the heat of jet fuel fires is not important here

- the heat has little bearing on what collaps looks like

etc

Wow, an architect blasts the "official story"; he blasts the NIST report. That's all nice, but when will they start pointing out the mistakes in the building codes that were revised since the attacks? When will they make an argument that the changes were unnecessary? I like his first 2 minutes of appealing to authority. Wow, he designed a 105 ft structure (10 stories) anything over 75ft is considered a high rise for building code purposes......however a 10 story building is NOTHING like a 40 story or 110 story building. His claim of 200-300 ground up buildings since 1977, whoppee......I have done around 200 with 20 years less time.

The rest of his video is pure speculation based on misinformation and poor assumptions. Nothing new for a troofer.

I really like how he goes on about the fire proofing being 2 hrs.....when WTC7 burned for 6. :eek

And that's where you've got it all wrong. It's really all that book stuff in school that shuts your mind to what's really going on. What it takes to get beyond that wall isn't more books....no, no....It's less books. It's better if you never read and don't know anything. Just focus on your common sense. Anyone with any sense at all would just look at WTC 7 and KNOW it was dustified with thermite. With all the Freemasons and the Illuminati, all that chemtrail stuff in your head and the vaccinations killing everyday, whose to know what's real and what's not?

That's the only way you 'll ever get to know everything. Got it? 'Cause if you haven't, the Truthers here sure have.
