I guess not. You asked me if I thought everyone who wrote the report had to be in on it and I told you no.

That's not what you asked me. You asked me if I thought everyone involved in writing the ACSE report was "in on it", and I said no. I don't think everyone involved has to be in on it - I think its possible many people thought they were looking at massive damage caused by an airplane. Obviously no one had ever seen the aftermath of a 757 hitting a reinforced building at 530 mph so it was entirely reasonable for them to look at the damage and assume that what they were seeing is what it looks like.

As far as I can gather they interviewed all known witnesses to its final moments.

I keep seeing people bring up 395 witnesses and use them as SoC witnesses. They are neither SoC or NoC witnesses anymore than someone in West Virginia can be an NoC or SoC witness.

My question was are the NoC witnesses the ONLY people that were interviewed, or where there more interviewed but kept off the "list".

I'm not aware of anyone kept of the "list." As I've already pointed out the question is where did the plane fly in its final moments...not where it was over West Virginia or 395.

So you contend that the only witnesses in the vicinity of the Pentagon who saw the Plane in the "final moments" were the NoC witnesses you present?

define "a few"..............because your theory requires that hundreds were involved as we've have already detailed.....and worse, hundreds that cannot have known in advance what they would have to do nor had the heavy lifting equipment needed.:rolleyes:

I've seen some dense people in my life, but this takes the cake. His question has been answered a thousand times over and he keeps implying that it has not been.

And of course thats just the people that came forward and made a statement, there were doubtless hundreds more that saw it and never talked to the press etc about it. There was no call for witnesses (none was required) as to which direction the plane came from but I have no doubt at all that many more would come forward if this issue ever came to trial (which it won't as there is no Prima facie case to answer.)

John, since you claim to be an expert on this subject I am going to have to say you are lying. Not just mistaken. Lying.

Let's take Cissell for instance. He clearly isn't an SoC witness. In fact he goes out of his way to say he thinks the official flight path is wrong, and what he describes sounds exactly like what the other NoC witnesses describe: the plane coming in at a 90 degree angle, not the gov'ts 37 degree angle.

Here is his exact quote:
"Cissell disagrees with some aspects of how the official version of events describes the approach of the aircraft."

"Looking at the trajectories in the diagrams they have online seems off to me. I remember the plane coming in more directly at the side of the building than at an angle," said Cissell.

Your list is garbage. You have at least one person in there that can be used directly against what you are trying to prove. And he made it onto that list?

No they aren't. They place the plane unambiguously north of the radio tower which puts it at odds with the official flight path right there.

Before we move on, state for the record that Cissell is an NoC witness, and that you were 100% wrong for including him on your SoC witness list.
