I never said anything about Wilson, I am talking about the actions of Brown. People are claiming that he got aggressive when Wilson came back because he was afraid he had been ided from the robbery.

But if he was so concerned about being ided from the robbery, why didn't he comply with the cop's order to get off the road? He would know that not getting off the road would only give the cop an excuse to stop him.

As I said, if you are concerned the cops are looking at you suspiciously, wouldn't the best approach just be to do what he says, especially when he tells you to go away? Jeez, if I am worried about being caught, and the cop tells me to get off the road, I wouldn't just get off the road, I'd be looking for a sidewalk that takes me away from that spot! I don't provoke a confrontation.

Not if cops always look at you suspiciously. It would be normal cop behavior. Plus, the cop only yells at them about being in the road at first, so they don't think it's about the robbery.

Now when the officer aggressively backs up and cuts them off, they might well have thought they had been made.

I'm reading that theyr'e saying the report is in dispute.

Try this

http://littlegreenfootballs.com/art...an_Orbital_Blowout_Fracture_of_the_Eye_Socket

Summary: Jim Hofts, the guy who claimed he had a broken eye socket, is a lying piece of ****.

He actually doctored some random x-ray of a broken eye-socket to make it not look like one that could not have been for Wilson.

The original source of the x-ray being passed around as Wilson's has been found. It's not Wilson's.

Yeah, but if you are worried that you are a suspect, you don't do things to provoke the cops.

As I said, why don't you just apologize and comply, and hope that he moves on his way?

If the swelling is swelling, swell. Whatever the cause of injury, looks like we can dismiss broken orbital.

I don't think Hofts intended the image to be anything but an example of the supposed injury. I never got any other impression.

But anyway, Hofts will now have to respond. :)

You're a little mixed up, it's a Plymouth Gran Jury, and it was Mercury that made the Prosecutor, not Ford. They're easy to confuse. :p

So I've got the Big Three mixed up. But I know for sure the originator of De Judge was Sammy Davis Jr.

They used the word "false".

The source said that but apparently other news organizations are sticking to their sources as its real.

Having said that, I believe the injury should be placed on the back burner til the actual medical report comes out.

A phone call from some lawyers? :)

Because it would have been hard to say, "This x-ray from the University of Iowa shows what a broken eye-socket is like"?

Moreover, when people started claiming that there was an x-ray that showed a broken eye-socket, did he set the record straight, and make it clear that this was NOT Wilson's?

Hoft gave a shout out today to Ann Coulter, who specifically said this:

Ann Coulter said:
This week, we saw the X-ray of Officer Wilson’s fractured eye socket.

He also crudely crossed out the identifying marks that would have shown the X-Ray was from 2007 in Iowa. I'm not sure he deserves the benefit of the doubt.
