The autopsy was not so much inconclusive as it was incomplete. Dr Baden made it clear that the clothing, X-rays, and crime scene evidence are needed to complete the autopsy.

There could be powder burns on the clothes that wasn't on the skin. There will be blood spatter evidence on the clothing. And the location of the shells are needed.

I wonder how this works in Missouri, this isn't Florida with their generous Sunshine laws, how much will be released to the public?

What is the procedure for the grand jury- meet once a week, if no case go back home? If a case, meet until completed?

Some people here think it may take them six weeks to complete. But that is the end of their term, and it is the SCOTUS that waits 'til then. I can't believe a hearing as preliminary as a GJ wouldn't be ASAP. It's just a review of the evidence to see if an indictment is necessary.

I think there was a link within the last 200-300 posts. Anybody point me there?

The only six shots that we know for a fact happened hit Brown in the front, so unless Brown was running backwards, it is a tad difficult to claim he was fleeing when those shots were fired.

Not so quick, buddy. I think I've figured out how it could have happened.

Now, were there any unicycles found at or near the scene?

Still skeptical about the orbital injury story. You would think if there was anything to it every news outlet would be proclaiming it, except for a couple of sources who have a definent bias concerning this story.

Then there is this article:

Also, no ambulance was called for Wilson, and no first aid was administered by other officers, which seems odd if he had indeed suffered this type of serious injury — or any injury at all.

And there’s more evidence that Hoft is trying to pull a fast one again; here is the original image posted at the AAPOS site, showing a CT scan of a blowout fracture (on the left), compared to the image posted at Gateway Pundit by Hoft (on the right):

The article is old. Both Fox and ABC have different sources saying almost the same thing now.

Blowout is not a life-threatening injury. It's irrelevant anyway because Wilson wasn't trained as an ophthalmologist and thus would be unaware of the nature of that injury.

He would be in extreme pain and not able to stand, gloating, for hours over the body of the young man he killed. On this issue, I can speak from personal experience.

Speaking from your personal experience, how long were you able to stand gloating over the body of the young man you killed?

This is from before they'd identified Officer Wilson, so the 'officer' in the below timeline is Wilson:

"11:48 a.m. to noon – An officer responds to a call of a sick person.

11:51 a.m. – Another call comes in about a robbery at a convenience store. The dispatcher gives a description of the robber and says the suspect is walking toward the Quick Trip convenience store.

12:01 p.m. – The officer encounters Michael Brown and a friend as they walk down a street. Brown is shot to death as a result of the encounter.

12:04 p.m. – A second officer arrives on the scene followed by a supervisor one minute later. An ambulance responding to the earlier sick person call drives by and responds to assess Brown."

There was an ambulance on the scene almost immediately and according to reports early in the thread Wilson was removed from the scene soon after the incident.

As they should. Like I've already said armed cops should not be shooting unarmed individuals. I don't care if they are being bull rushed, slammed into cars or incapacitated by the Jedi mind tricks. They only get to use that gun when someone else present has one and intends to use it against them.

Utterly ridiculous.

What did you break, and what other pain have you been in, so we can compare our own experiences. Child birth? Sciatica? Ear infection? Tooth extraction?

I don't think I want to get socked in the eye so hard it breaks the bone behind it from hydraulic force. My eyeball hurt just thinking about it. I wonder if Wilson had other eye damage? Detached retina maybe too? Temporary or permanent blindness?

But we have been through this up thread. Many of use have been harmed, and carried on for hours to days, then had xrays that showed yxz injuries. My uncle got shot in the chest, bullet too close to the heart to extract (WWII) yet he continued to return fire. It's what they give medals for. hmm, maybe Wilson should get one too.
