I remember Chris Hamilton Parker and his wife making the same claim.
 
Wonder if it wasn't all a bit of a publicity stunt by the medium's "team"...

Arrange a heckler stooge, get him (or indeed, them) to stage a scene, throw a few punches, get the local bobbies in on the act, the stooge mysteriously disappears!, and try to get traction for your next public event out of it.

I'd say that medium's business was totally foreseen going down the gurgler until this happened!
 
I like this part:

....as opposed to the fake fakes.

Well it happened my general area,and I have a few journalist contacts,so just trynthat.No guarantee,but someone must have a record of him.:cool:
 
Have had a chance to exchange an email or two with the crime reporter who wrote the first account mentioned above on the 'This is Lancashire' website.

He did say there was no mention of the man being drunk by either Holbrook or the police at the time. The incident had apparently occurred at the end of the evening when there was no one else around.

How convenient....!

Any more news on the alleged 'drunk' Azrael?
 
Not yet,he's not talking apparently.His friends are though..more progress needed.
