McCain Bill To Illegalize Steroids and Dietary Supplements

There is this bill that McCain is proposing that is basically to make steroid use in sports illegal, but it includes in it, pork, which also illegalizes dietary supplements such as vitamins, minerals, and even herbs and spices.

If that's the case, wouldn't that mean you'd need a prescription to buy the herbs and spices you'd put on your food? Wouldn't that also make illegal to grow your own herbs, such as garlic, sage, rosemary, majoram, and oregano, which I often use in my food?

It seems that McCain's family recipe calls for only:
Garlic, salt, pepper and Lemon.

Doesn't seem like McCain uses a lot of spices...hmm.

But then we see what Obama's recipe called for:
