Matthew Shepard monument

As sick as this is, it doesnt really bother me. This guy (Phelps) is too irrelevant to really matter, do any of you really think he has a chance in hell of getting this "monument" erected on public property? Let him spew his hatred, it just makes it easier for the rest of us to know how much of a bigot he is.
