Um, please do not call woo on me, I say this as do other people in the SMT forum all the time. And the big smarties of physics do not correct us.

Matter is energy, energy is matter, 'matter' and energy are interchange-able concept.

In fact there is no wave particle duality , all matter is waves all the time.

I do not know why you insist on this semantic distinction between matter and energy.

If you wish we can take it to SMT and discuss it there.

So what are photons and other bosons?

so if energy is an "attribute", it is an attribute of what?

Anyone got any ideas?

Because from where I'm standing energy is an attribute of something made of attributes.

Bacterie are not especially "carring" and are really thriving. And so are mold and virus. In fact , the uncarring part of the biomass (bacteria, mold, fungi, heck even plant) have quite an evolutionary success.

The animal biomass, those with the nervous system to "care" are much lower by biomass, by species, or even by place/surface/volume/climate they colonized.
